Hi there!

I only just signed up to this website after spotting it from the banner we have thats locatced at Rayven's Reign. I'm a massive Final Fantasy fan and also a massive Role Playing fan ^^

I guess i'll tell you a little bit about myself then huh?
The name is John, but you can call me Yasuo if you like =3 I'm 22 year old and from the good ol' land of United Kingdom, although i'd rather live in Balamb or Rocket Town.

My Role Playing started on Neopets where I was a right noobie noob, but now, I've been role playing for around 8 years so I'd like to think i'm pretty good. I'm glad to see that this website has a 60,000 character limit compared to Neopets crappy 400 xD So thats a thumbs up in my books!

I'm a student who is currently getting ready to start a BA Hons Degree course in Game Art at the De Montfort University in Leicester! I've been drawing all my life, starting since around the age of 5 and decided to take it up as a career about 6-7 years ago where I have enjoyed every single moment of it! I tend to draw my charcters before I start ti Role Play as them so you might get to see some of my art in the coming days =D

Lets see. I love martial arts, since I studied Tae Kwon-Do for 2 years and also studied the basics of Tai Chi and Shaolin Chuan Kung Fu. Yeah, sounds impressive, but I don't go out looking for fights =P I learnt to fight to protect those around me, like a real hero!!!!!! =D

My favourite Final Fantasy game is Final Fantasy 7, the original. Its the best and ever will be the best! However, following closly being is a tie between Final Fantasy 8 and 10. I play and own all the original FF's (1-12) and haven't bothered with spin offs such as Tactics, Derge of Cerberus or X-2.

I play many other great RPG's such as Oblivion, Dragon Quest, Phantasy Star Universe and (i know it doesn't count) Grand Theft Auto 4. (hey, you can RP in a GTA game! Its easy

)

p.s. I'll steal Dio's post and give you a brief review of the arena. Basically, you use the gils you have (our friendly admin moderates the amounts, which reminded me that Oweed still owes my a few mil...) to buy stuffs in the stores board (or you can just wing it vanilla-style, though not recommended, I was lucky I got that far...must be the blessings of the dice!), then you start a thread in the Arena board and face against Dio's pet monsters. One thing though, it's never fair...entry fee's 400 gils, so you'll need to win more than 3 rounds to make up for the lost. Stuffs not bought in Stores cannot be used in the Arena, and what you use in general RP is what you wished to use, no relations to stores.

Well Arddyn is certainly against the Shin-Ra corp, so when Barret and Arddyn ever meet up in an RP, be sure to mention it =P As of yet, Arddyn has only met Tifa and Ghost, yet Tifa hasn't mentioned anything about the reforming of AVALANCHE yet. =D
