A shield? As Azul heard a volley from 300 Howitzer119. Then he saw the anit air turrets being activated too. Azul shook his head. It is best not to irritate Genesis. "Topaz change of plans, the entire area is already enclosed. Come to point 0-1-2-0." Azul shouted over the noise of gunfire.
Topaz: "Roger"
"Emerald what's your status."
Emerald: "Sir, we've to take another detour. We're in the direction of the gunfire."
"Understood. Hurry up" Azul have stopped firing. What does it matter in adding 1 more gunfire into this hellish volley of death. He will conserve his ammo to finish off anything that have survived. Meanwhile his eyes tried to pierce through the fireball that envelop the enemies due to all the bullets converging on them.

Belzee listened as the next phase quickly came into action. He slowly pushed himself up from his sitting position after the first rounds of the Howitzer119s were unleashed. Without a word the dispatched Deepground soldiers fell back to another location including the remaining snipers, especially Azul and his allies.
Once the first wave closed up on the brightly glowing creature, Belzee had disappeared from the shrouding darkness and appeared in front of the female among the group in a kneeling position with his right leg bent forward and the left leg lying bent on the steel floor behind him. His left arm was extended behind his back and his right arm was crossed over to the opposite side with the pointed end of Satsujin touching the surface.
During the barrage of attacks he had done a diagonal slash in an attempt to slice the female opposition in half. He slowly looked up with his mako eyes to see if his attack connected with the opposition, while a screeching sound finally emerged from the movement of his blade and combined with the sounds produced by the first wave of attacks.
The volley of attacks surrounded everyone including Belzee at that point in time. Of course, he didn’t really care about the possibility of getting hurt or dying from a deadly wave of attacks brought forward by the cannons. He simply acted in silence while the creatures were looking away with their backs facing his in the distance.

Tifa crouched low observing Deepgrounds facility. How the hell did ShinRa pull off hiding an entire secret SOLDIER organization underneath Midgar after how many years? Nonetheless, it only confirmed the ShinRa were insane. Suddenly shots were being fired and Tifa just ducked and covered. Bullets bounced off of the mecha demon. And soon Cosmic started emmitting a bright white light!
'Dammit, we've been found and we haven't even secured Duo yet!'
[glow=blue,2,300]"Do you plan on blinding them or us with that light?, Cosmic?!"[/glow] Blinded and baffled by the light, she wasn't aware of the figure that appeared out of nowhere, and with a quick motion slashed his katana at her. Tifa escaped with only a superficial wound across her left shoulder, but it bled frantically. She fell on her back while clutching on her wound to stop the bleeding. Out of instinct, she summoned a lv.3 fire spell at the adversary who attacked her.

A motorcycle raced to Midgar once again. A man of blond spiky hair and black clothing raced on a motorcycle which was of the same color. Cloud, with determination on his face, raced to the ShinRa building. Cloud parked his motorcycle, took out and assembled all of the sword except for the last attachment. He took off his sunglasses and sheathed the almost complete First Tsurugi and the last attachment and went inside the building.
As he went inside, it would seem that he was late, once again. This seemed to happen a lot for Cloud. He seemed to always be late. This was not the first time he was tardy. At school, he never had this problem, why is he having this problem now? Cloud looked to what seem to be hole that was made from possibly exploding items. Cloud bravely jumped into those hole and traversed through the pathways.
After traveling thorugh the corriders, sounds of battle had begun to emerge. Cloud begun to rush. As he came across the ongoing battle, he saw a blue man of awesome stature, he used the Jenova Cells and Mako that was injected in him long ago to make his way onto the field of battle. He unsheathed his First Tsurugi and sped toward his friend's side. After her fire attack was casted, he appeared in front of her, with his stance forcing his new blade's flat side to face the enemy. He then looked back to Tifa, with a concerned face showing that he knows that he was late. He then spoke to her in a playful but serious tone. He was not here to take over, since it seemed that Tifa was leading this operation, she was going to lead it.
"What are my orders, ma'am..."

Belzee simply watched in his unchanged position as the female released a level three fire attack. Suddenly a male possessing a large blade stood by the female with his sword facing Belzee at that same moment. He then heard what the newcomer had just said. Belzee wondered if they even had enough time to avoid what was coming to them let alone talk. Belzee wanted to simply give them a greeting, and of course that was by dismantling one of the allies in order to increase their vulnerability. That didn't seem to work, but nevertheless, it was still a greeting.
He could have used his invisible armor to deflect the magic, however, he decided to execute a high backflip over the creatures. He then established the base of his feet onto the tip of an incoming missile, causing it to change direction as he lunched himself off of it in a downward motion. He then disappeared into the deeper levels of the DG base.
The incoming missile came into contact with the platforms above them, causing the structure to break and fall towards the oppositions. The flames that the female had summoned was now hurling towards the creatures with their backs facing against it, in addition, the hellish volley of attacks triggered by the howitzers were closer then ever before.

Cloud...Azul recgonized as their eyes met briefly. It will be a bad idea idea to allow them to group together. "Ruby, Emerald, Topaz. Scatter them."
"Roger."
With that, the DEEPGROUND SOLDIERS begun to shoot in the space between each person and then angle towards their targets in order to force them to back away from each other. Then Azul saw a black figure drop down towards the lower levels. This is not the time for you to back away Belzee. Damn. Where is Genesis and the rest of the Tsviets? Guess I'll have to take the intiative. Azul fired 3 shots at cloud and rush to his direction to shoulder charge him.

Alpha, after being struck by a Fire Three spell, grabbed hold of one of Cosmic's wings, and actually channeled the light energy into a beam form. Soon the glow was focused into a giant yellow laser, and Cosmic was the engine for the beam! Where ever Alpha was facing, was where the beam went. The only place where the beam could be focused and not burn the mecha-demon up was one of the rocket cannons housed in his shoulders.
Nytemyre melted into a pool of shadow, and creatures with tentacles for feet, gnarled, bony hands with long fingers, and huge jaws quipped with large teeth started to crawl out of the pool itself.
They were wild, feral, but knew what to do, and went right by Tifa to attack the nearest Deepground soldier. More started to show up, and Alpha had to stop the beam as to not hit the Denzel-sized monsters (yes, they are that large).
When the heat-seekers decided to make another round, Cosmic broke up into many golden comets, using their intense heat to drive away the turrets. Alpha was busy trying to blow Azul sky high with his rocket cannons, and forearm-mounted gatling guns with armour piercing rounds.
Chaos ensued.

Azul saw the missiles streaking towards him and rolled off to his right. Damn. Bullets created a random pantern on the floor. Just when i'm concentrating on cloud. "Azul...the 'demons' are here...the primiary target is the machine...dissable it at all costs" Then he looked up and saw Genesis. Or one of his clones.

He wanted to take down cloud. But no one disobeys Genesis's order. Morever that demon is gonna pay for distracting me.
"Hey you flying piece of scrap metal, i think you need to recharge!" Azul then send a volley of lazers towards Alpha.
The DEEPGROUND SOLDIERS Topaz and Emerald have switch to their close range weapons, swords, and begun to attack the shadow monsters summoned by Nytemyre. Sapphire was completely wiped out by the sudden beam from Alpha.

Cloud looked to the large blue man charging for him. It would look like Tifa and Cloud would have to talk later. Cloud turned his blade to make the edge of the First Tsurugi face the large blue man. However, he was forced to move to his right because of the missiles. Cloud relaxed his guard a little.
However, he saw something appear from under. He didn't know what it was but he didn't want to find out. He used his ability to jump out of the away and he looked for something to slice. Cloud had a feeling that he would be the one to face the large man in blue. He looked to what Azul sent at who seemed to be one of Tifa's allies. Cloud widened his eyes in surprise. He looked to use his speed against the large blue man and to get the target out of the way.
As soon as he landed, Cloud used his speed try to move the target the large blue man aimed for out of the way. He pushed the target to the left while Cloud rebounded and went to the right.

Troublemaker..Azul was angry when his shots missed. "Come my children! How about taking me on both at once!" A ball of azure light appeared in the nozzel of his cannon. Lightning arc around the ball. "HA!" Then from the ball of light, dozens of lazer beams shot towards Alpha and Cloud, homing onto them, chasing them until the shot lands.

Cloud smirked at the big guy's comment. Cloud was making him angry, he could tell. Cloud's face began to get doused in sweat from all the dodging. The place they were in began to get muggy, he could really use a glass of cold water or a chilly soft drink. But Cloud couldn't think about it now. But on the other hand, he couldn't wait to go back to Tifa's place after this for a drink.
Shaking his head of these thoughts, Cloud held his sword at the ready. He glued his eyes to the big blue man as he charged up his cannon. Out came more lasers, this time Cloud was ready. Cloud used his speed once again to escape but this time they followed every move that Cloud made.
"Heat-Seekers..." Cloud thought.
He was not going to get away with this so easily. Cloud had to think of a plan and fast.

Copy 120 landed behind the intruders silently... so...the barrier missed...interesting...this one is different than the others...he may proove...useful...he gestured and suddenly multiple barriers sprang up all around the intruders in a 10 meter circle, preventing them from leaving the immediate area and incasing them compleately... Copy 120 dropped his camoflague... 120: [glow=red,2,300] "well now...what have we here..."[/glow] He strolled up to the barrier and gestured again... suddenly more barriers formed inside, isolating each intruder from the others... |
