gawd I hate skool, it's soo stupid, and then the retards know nothing about me and they already make assumptions and call me stupid, idiot retard. if they knewn me outside of school they won'tn say that shit. And then dad always yelling and rushing me and sometimes i forget my MP.3 player and then for the rest of the day I'm dying without it . and then my teachers UGH I'm so tired of them bitching, i swear i am going to drop out and just get a G.E.D it'll take me what? 6 months? 5 months? I'm not taking this bullshit any more and i'm sick it! and then my brother THINKS he knows EVERYTHING i swear i wanna hit him so hard and smack some sense into the moron. and then all this built up hate inside me UGH, i really don't know how I'm going to get by.

So many good points, Zoke. Family, the "S" word (Tifa said NEVER to use that word,) and sometimes friends can be a BIG problem. Something you can do is find something to beat up on, like a pillow or a reletive. Me, I just let myself calm down by listening to music that's always moved me. But, everyone's different!
