A sparkle of light energy rushed through Alex's body, to purify anything that might have been a biproduct of the investigation he had just conducted. Without looking back at the other two, and pulling out Guardian Angel, he answered. "Yeah, Dezzy and I know each other well enough." Alex then jumped up into the top of one of the nearby trees, and overlooked to surrounding area. For all he could see, it was all these glowing trees for miles in every direction. "She's my student." He yelled down. Now, he had to practice a move he'd been trying to perfect.
Alex jumped into the air, and began to spin in circles with grand larsity (really fast.) He then pointed his sword facing outwards from him, and spun faster. Now he began his desent. As this happened, he went from just spinning to sumersaulting in the air. As he impacted the ground, it left a quake through the ground, and he landed perfectly. With a sigh of satisfaction, he leaned up against a tree, also looking up to the sky.

Dezzy nodded at the girl. "Yeah, I found this idiot on my travels and he offered to teach me some things. Of course, we really haven't done much actual training. Every time I'm reading to start my training he takes up and I end up chasing him down. We have another companion, but she had something else she had to do," she shrugged with a small sigh. Kaida had told her that she would meet up with them at the Forgotten Capital if she could manage it, otherwise she would track them down. It kind of made her worry about her friend.

I laughed, it must be nice to have a friend, some-one to be there for you, only one person had ever been there for me...and now she's gone, back to the lifestream. I watched as he did, whatever it was he was doing off of the top of the tree, one word in my dictionary could describe that, random. "That was random, but kinda cool," I commented still leaning back on my hands, my long blue hair pooling around me. "it must be nice to have traveling companions," I acknowledged "I've always traveled alone, it gets REALY boring," I put enthesis on the word boring, never having anyone to talk to apart from yourslf, apart from when you halucinate and talk to your-self, that can be amusing, especially to on-lookers, who tend to be freaked out by it.

Alex felt lost. He stared up to the sky, filled with it's majextic stars, dancing far away from him. On one of those stars was his planet, but he couldn't figure which one. The night overwhelmed him, fiercely, as he felt confused. Powerful feelings of light and dark kept his enthusiasm at bay, but he knew it wouldn't last for very long. He had to practice more; He just had to. That feeling inside was overpowering, but the need to relax for a few minutes made him do as such. He slumpped down from the tree to the ground, closed his eyes, lay back, and rested slightly.

"Yeah, it's nice... as long as you get a long with them well and nobody has too bad of a temper," Dezzy replied. She smiled up at the stars. She had honestly always preferred traveling by herself. It made things easier. "Things can get complicated though. I like traveling by myself, but then again that's the way I've been since I was young. To me it seems easier. You don't have to take others into account for your actions. You can travel all night, sleep all day, get into as many fights as you want, choose whether or not you want to stop at a town. I guess it gets lonely, though. I never really felt the loneliness; I've spent 90% of my life alone."
She stretched, standing up and dusting her ripped jeans off. Her clothes were filthy, but she felt comfortable rather than unclean.

"I've never really had a traveling companion, I never get close to anyone, you know I wish my sister were still here, then I'd have some-one so I wouldn't have to be alone," I said also looking up at the stars and sighing sadly. My life was really one big mess, it sucked but it didn't really bother me that was what I was used to, most of my life I had been alone. But it would be good to be able to travel with some-one, one day I would have to look for some-one who wouldn't care about my goals or what I was looking for, someone who would just be there for me through everything. That was now my other goal, aside from looking for my cousin I would find a traveling companion! "The stars are beautiful," I commented, dropping my sadness and smiling, "I wonder what it's like out there in the Cosmos," I pondered would I ever really know?

Without turning his gaze, he answered Elsie's question. "It's amazing." He began. "The pure amazement isn't what everyone thinks it is. It is so much more astonishing in-person. No spacesuit, no oxygen tanks, nothing can keep you from being up there, seeing what this universe has to offer. It really is kinda scarry, when you're up all alone, but it also teaches you how such power can be in only a glimps of the emptiness of space. It makes you feel... insignificant... and wonder if there really is more life, other than our worlds." His face couldn't turn away from the sky. "In any case, if you ever should be blessed to go up there, you'll see the true peace that our worlds need. And, that, my friends, is why I'm alive. And when you've been up there without all those breathing things and those suits to insulate you, you will find your peaceful place, gazing up from the night sky."

Dezzy let out a chuckle. "I think I would prefer to keep my feet on the ground... I'm not extremely good with heights, and lately dark places haven't exactly been my friends either," she said, thinking of the dark void that was her mind. She was beginning to hate it and the little girl that was supposedly her that was there. She was constantly haunting her every dream, making stupid prophecies of the future and attempting to get it advice. "Besides, I honestly don't think everyone could find peace up there... Some people are more at ease when they're running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They find the busyness of it to be their happy place. Others are only happy with their eyes closed... they get so caught up in their dreams, they can't appreciate the very sky we're staring at now. That amazingness isn't for everyone... Yes, you might find it peaceful and wonderful, but someone else, like me, might find it more frightening than anything. Then there's no joy in a place like that."

I listened intently to both of them then changed the subject, "So what about ShinRa? are you with them or against them, I've me some people with such strong hate for them that they have died becuase if thier beliefs," I said, I couldn't care less about Shin-Ra, I chose to be neither against or for them, that was I didn't get myself into any un-nessary quarrels with people I didn't even know, I tore my gaze from the stars to look at Alex, who I asumed would speak next.

Alex put his back to the tree and stared with a pulsation on his forehead. He turned to Dezzy. "Thanks, Captain Hopeful. Thanks for shooting down my plane of peace, you terrorist..." He said this, jokingly. He then turned to Elsie, who was already turned to him. The pulsation left his head. "I'm not for or against both Shinra or AVALANCHE. I've gotta stay this way, because I can be both an Angel and a Demon to both sides. Neutrality lets me be both to anyone. But, I believe in using force only when extremely necessary. Otherwise, I'm not for fighting. When my friends are in danger, or my life is on the line, I fight with all my soul. Same goes for anyone attacking my friends or I from AVALANCHE or Shinra. Doesn't matter. They messed with the wrong Angelic Demon."
Alex faced his head back up to the stars. "So, really, I'm not obligated with either, I guess is the point I'm trying to get across." The stars were in an odd formation that night, but he didn't care. The night sky was clear, and you could see every star. This was all that mattered to him at the moment. He sighed, closing his eyes.

Dezzy saluted sarcastically. "Anytime, Commander Leave-Dezzy-Behind," she said with a grin. She took was she said before to heart though; she knew that there would be no joy in the cosmos for her. She was far too happy to have her feet on the nice solid ground. Kaida and Alex seemed to like to fly and be in the air, but she wasn't sure she would be able to feel anything but terror, like she had the time Alex had carried her onto the lower plate of Junon on his back. It was an experience she wouldn't forget quickly, and she knew that even though it might mean being left behind on occasions, she would rather follow her comrades of foot. Call her a coward or whatever you wanted; unless it was absolutely necessary, she refused to go any higher in the air than she needed to, and certainly not without the support of the ground.
"I'm a mercenary by trade. For years I was caught up in the war between Avalanche and Shinra, as I lived in the slums of Midgar. I hate both of them with a passion because of it, but if they were to hire me for enough money I would do it without a word, as long as I didn't have better offers or anything else I needed to do," she replied, looking over at Elsie. "That probably sounded extremely hypocritical, but it's the way I had to live my life as I was growing up. I worked for whoever I could so that I could survive. I think I even ended up working as an assassin for Shinra one time because I was desperate enough for money. Can't be choosy when you're working 10 hours every two weeks at a diner as a main job."

"Same here, I am neither for or against them, I choose to keep away from political crap, if that's what you'd like to call it, one side will lose, in the end and if you choose neither then you can't lose, technicly," I said scratching the back of my head, I hope that made sense to them. "But I see where you are coming from, I wouldn't blame you for working for either of them if it was because of money, girls gotta eat!" I said with a wide smile. "If I had no money, I would consider working for the highest payer, but I have a little stashed away so it shouildn't come to that for a while," I said still smiling. I never faulted people for there opininons, only if it is on the way some-one looks, when i was younger, people used to take the piss out of my long blue hair, that's why I have striong beliefs angainst Racism, bullying ETC... I looked up to the sky again waiting for someone to speak.
