Empty Cave (Vincent Only! - Event Related)

Genesis stared at the woman in the crystal...Lucrecia... [glow=red,2,300]"you never told 'uncle' about his child...did you?"[/glow] he whispered, [glow=red,2,300]"no, of course not...you were too busy mourning his father...that bastard Grimmore Valentine..."[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]"Valentine never told you that i lived did he...aunt...,"[/glow] Genesis smirked, [glow=red,2,300]"there's no need to worry, I'm here to make you pay...make you pay for trying to turn 'mother' into a FREAK SHOW!!!!!!!!!"[/glow] he screamed...

The sound of Genesis's enraged voice echoed and re-echoed off the cave walls as a single tear formed at Lucrecia's eye...

His voice turned maniacal as he drew the Soul Reaper and pressed it directly against the crystal in front of Lucrecia's face... [glow=red,2,300]"Look familiar? Hmmmm!? you helped him put that creature inside my head...you tried to control me...me and CHAOS"[/glow] he paused for a moment before he suddenly burst out laughing [glow=red,2,300]"but it didn't matter, mother was there and she protected me, she CHOSE me, she drove it away..."[/glow] He suddenly turned serious [glow=red,2,300]"and she helped me kill that fool Grimmore...but you...you got away...I couldn't kill you both then..."[/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]"And now all these years later and i actually have something to thank you for...you gave me my brothers,"[/glow] he sneered, [glow=red,2,300]"oh yes and because of that"[/glow] He quickly lifted the sword and hefted it...[glow=red,2,300]"i wont kill you...but you will still pay for your crimes..."[/glow] he grinned evilly as he pulled out a small vile of bluish liquid and held it up to the crystal [glow=red,2,300]"you know what this is don't you Lucrecia...'mother's' legacy...now you will truly become part of the family..."[/glow]

Genesis plunged the Soul Reaper into the crystal and cut a slit straight to Lucrecia's throat, stopping just after pricking the skin...and then he emptied the vile into the slit...

Cackling madly, Genesis watched as Lucrecia suddenly became fully aware of what was happening and tried to escape but her sanctuary had become her tomb, she couldn't move...

another tear formed just before the Jenova cells entered her blood...

Immediately she was screaming unimaginable agony, the sound was so loud it made the smaller crystals crack and fracture...

Genesis watched with wicked glee...[glow=red,2,300]"Yes thats it"[/glow]

Her eyes suddenly shot open and the scream grew louder, causing the main crystal to vibrate violently for a moment before cracking down the middle and exploding from the vibrations...

Genesis laughed evilly as the crystal shattered...

As the dust and fragments of crystal subsided, Lucrecia collapsed unconscious, dropping the chain she had been holding in her hands onto a small puddle of her blood that had formed from the mark in her neck...

[glow=red,2,300]"hmmm? whats that..."[/glow] Genesis walked over and lifted the small item and examined it...[glow=red,2,300]"cuirous...this reminds me of someone..."[/glow] After a moment the answer hit Genesis all at once...
[glow=red,2,300]"Of course...so this was from 'him'," "well now this may come in handy my dear 'aunt'...yes very much so..."[/glow] He smiled wickedly at her before picking her up in one arm and stashing the necklace and chain...


[glow=red,2,300]"For now i can't let anyone find you...better to take you to 'mother'..."[/glow] He grinned, [glow=red,2,300]"so she can...settle a few things..."[/glow]

Genesis took off into the air carrying Lucrecia with him... leaving behind a bloody, empty cave...

As Vincent walked into the cave he noticed a trail of blood leading to the cavern. Worried about what went on he raced into the cavern. He paused to see that the crystal was broken, and Lucrecia was gone. A sharp pain hit his head, his pupils shrunk, and his veins pulsated through out his head. Vincent ran to the entrance to see if anyone was around.

a single large black feather, tied over a note, half covered with a cloth-wrapped object, sat waiting for vincent at the cave entrance...the cloth was stained with dark red blood...

As Vincent approached the cave opening, he saw a large black feather. Sephiroth? he thought. He looked at the note attached to it and read its contents

The note was written on a very old piece of parchment and was written in blood that still looked fresh...

As Vincent read the note he had felt his heart sink. He wondered if he should tell anyone, but he didn't want endanger Lucrecia. He decided to go alone.

He thought about notifying everyone about his were abouts, and that if he didn't arrive at Tifa's bar within 2 hours to come and get him. However he didn't have a cell phone.

So Vincent transformed into his spectra form and set of to Deepground HQ.
