The race will be over and the results of winning will be posted 24 hours after the start of this thread.

Tifa walked into the Chocobo Square, with nothing but all the money she could afford to lose. She wasn't much of a gambler, but... what was the harm? It was just luck... she looked across the board, examining each and every one of the racing chocobos status'... number 4 and 5 were obviously the most promising ones since both were highest of class.
She looked down on her purse... just 1,000 gil she was willing to give up... if she won, she could modify the bar, or maybe buy some of those toys Denzel and Marlene had always wanted for Christmas... or maybe upgrade her weapons... Tifa kept bumping into that winged creep, the one named Genesis a surprising number of times lately, perhaps it was better to defend herself. ((No offence Oweed! lol))
During the next 10 minutes, Tifa kept on contemplating which chocobos to bet on...
[glow=blue,2,300]"Oooh! Fine, I've made my choice..."[/glow] she murmured, placing the amount due onto the counter. [glow=blue,2,300]"So that's 150 for participating... 400 for number 4... and..."[/glow] Tifa looked back at the board, picking carefully her second choice... [glow=blue,2,300]"... 150 for chocobo number 7."[/glow] she said finally to the cashier. Tifa recieved her ticket and gazed upon it... there was no turning back now... it was either she won big time, or the total opposite... either way, she still had a bar to go home to...

Let me explain. A bet consist of two numbers you bet on to get either first or second place. Now, there is a fixed amount of money you can gamble. Let's say you picked both 4 and 5, that'll be 150 for participation, and two S-class tickets which are 400 each, and a total sum of 950 gil. Hope it's clear now ^^

Reno walked into the Chocobo Racing square to have a look around...[glow=beige,2,300]"hmmm...only got 800 Gil on me...oh WTH why not..."[/glow] He walked over to the ticket counter
[glow=beige,2,300]"Hi there"[/glow] he said cheerfully to the ticket mistress, [glow=beige,2,300]"here is 150 Gil for participation and i'll take 400 on #5 and 150 on #2 please."[/glow]
He reached into his pocket and took out 700 Gil and handed it to the cashier...he almost dropped his ticket though when he turned around and noticed Tifa leaving with a ticket as well...
[glow=beige,2,300]"Hey isn't that Cloud's girl? oh what was her name...Tifa? yeah i think that's it..."[/glow] he mumbled to himself as he started to walk towards her...[glow=beige,2,300]"Hey you!"[/glow] he shouted in a friendly voice while waving with one hand [glow=beige,2,300]"Tifa right?"[/glow]
