Raven ran across the grassy plain's at speed's that it would take a shinra speeder to match how fast he was going...and only on his own two feet.
The Ex-shinra soilder kept his sprinting untill his boot sank a full three inches into tall boggy grass. "Wha--?" Raven said as he quickly jumped back to regain his balance but he realized that the boggy mud was everywhere around him.
He was trying to find a way out untill he heard a hissing..Somthing that sent a shivver up his spine. Raven turned around to se the thirty foot tall midgar zoloom looming over him.

From a distant horizon not far from where the male stood, a red-hooded female observed as the Midgar Zolom appeared once more to do its usual affair with eliminating humans from going in its territory, her dull, red orbs slightly gleaming with intelligence as she jumped from the perch she stood on and, somehow, dissappeared from her place and reappeared next to the male in which was having trouble with the mud below him, not to mention the Midgar Zolom in front of them.
"You need assistance?" The female asked in a hollow-like serene tone of hers, looking at the monster with her orbs, ready to attack if it is deemed to be.

Raven pulled his foot from the mud then he saw a fliker of movment in the corner of his eye. With no time to pull out his half width bustersword he summoned his keyblade to his hand and put it at red-hooded person's neck..but withdrew it when she asked if he needed help
"It'd be appricated." Raven said as he dispersed his keyblade and unsheathed his buster sword.

From his actions, he just thought she is of a hostile but after he agreed for her to help him, the female somehow raised an eyebrow at the sudden change as she pulled out her saw-like sword, swinging it a bit to warm herself up a bit.
"Amusing..." She murmured with a bland tone to him about his actions a while ago, walking towards the Midgar Zolom and preparing for an attack.

Raven stood beside her as the serpent zolom hissed at the two furiuosly..with acidy spit dripping from its fangs. "ugly thing isent it?" Raven said then quickly doged as the zolom tried to ram its fangs into him. "And stupid too!" Raven said as he brought his buster sword down on the creature's massive scaly hide..but his sword only left a scratch on the leathry scales. "and to match all that it's pretty dang tough." Raven said as he jumped back and landed beside the red-hooded woman

"I've seen worse." Alastar replied in his hollow voice, jumping from her place to avoid the whipping lash of the Zolom's tail, slightly hovering from her place as if she was made of a light material and with her cloak and all, which many might look at her as a red ghost. She landed at one of the rocks formed from the attack, her feet intact, as she raised her saw, EverAfter she have called it, and spun it around like a spinning grindsaw and threw it towards the beast which made a conciderable amount of damage to it before the weapon gave a halt, embedded at the rock walls. She took the chance to jump from her place once more, manage to made the top of the beast as a footstool once more before landing at the other side to grasp her weapon and pry it out with ease from its place. She'll let the other one have another move before she had hers.

Raven limit break
Raven was almost completly agape at her stunning speed...sure he had seen SIOLDER's move faster but...who was this woman? IF she even was a woman at all. Raven turned to the zolom and chuckled "Hope you've enjoyed it cuz this battle is over!" Raven said as he summoned his keyblade..but the blade was diffrent than before..now it had a black aura swirling around the blade. [shadow=red,left,300]Dirdge Of Darkness![/shadow] Raven yeled as jets of black flame with static energy flew at the zolom...
The zolom was hit by the limit break and let out a loud howl in pain...and soon it slumped to the ground....Raven smiled and dissapated his keyblade..but not three seconds later the zolom lifted itself back up with a deathly hiss "what..the crap?" Raven said looking at the 'should-be-dead' creature.

The female wasn't faze at the sdudden rise of the Zolom, albeit she was actually expecting this to happen. Knowing the monsters from all around the place, this would take a while to go down and, she knew too well, that it will need some consecutive attacks before it goes itself down, for good.
She was quite amazed by the male's limit break, not bad, she thought, as she outstretch her right arm, where she was holding her saw-like sword, to the right, as black-like things wrapped themselves on the said arm, her eyes now glowing from its usual dull-red to blood-colored orbs; a sign that she have been experimented by none other than Professor Hojo himself with some kind of an entity, making the female a human-monster hybrid herself.
"[glow=red,2,300]Soul Shaver.[/glow]"
The arm, which was 'wrapped' by the black-like entity, suddenly turned itself into a giant, cannon-like weapon which was twice as big as the female herself as she aimed her cannon-like weapon towards the Zolom, the weapon charging for its power. Soul Shaver, her strongest of Limit Break, known as the 'Wrath's Hellside', was known for its attack in which at one, strong blast can send a very large monster weak enough, if not knock-out. It might not be as accurate as her other Limit Breaks, but it sure holds for its massive and devastating attack.
Locking on the Zolom, not really care if she miss or not, she uttered a silent whisper of 'fire' as the blast from the large cannon attach to her right arm charged before releasing a green-colored beam large enough to hit the monster, leaving him weak enough for some few more attacks. It might not made him dead, she assure that, but at least it got hit and would be weak enough to be infilitrated with in attack.

Raven saw the glow in her eyes....that was the sign of fire mutated jenova cells....but the only person who knew about those much less could use them was...hojo. Raven gritted his teeth...raven was also an experement of hojo..and he knew what this woman had to have endured to get as powerfull as she was now. Raven picked up his bustersword and ran at the zolom as it tried to recover from the woman's attack...but it had done more damage than the woman had intended it to do. Wich left the zolom complelty open for a kiling blow. Raven brought the blunt edge of the bustersword square on the serpents head..the defenseless creature fell to the ground with a quick slump...raven landed and sheathed his bustersword..and the zolom lifted itself again. Raven ready'd himself for another attack but the zolom just slowly slithered to a cave that was nearby..raven was about to follow it but he saw somthing that explained why the zolom attacked him in the first place....inside the cave the zolom curled around her egg's to incubate them one last time before raven and layna killed her...raven colsed his eyes and sighed. "I think we've done enough here...Theres to many children in this world without mother's..i'd hate to add to the list."

Moving the cannon to her side, which averted back to her weapon-wielding hand, the female just gave a shrug at his statement.
"Could have been worse," She stated once more, her voice as hollow as it is before, as she walked a few steps forward and couched herself in a sitting position whilst pulling out a stray potion from her knacksack and placed it not too far from the Zolom before she stepped backward once more. "There are some things that are more than meets the eye, they look hostile on first glance and we, people, tend to judge them on what we see. I'm not surprise that I've been judge mysel like your first action towards me." She said in a solemn manner, withdrawing her weapon back to her sheath, watching as the monster slithered itself towards the potion, sniffed it for a while before swallowing it along with the bottle (which she find that halfly amusing) before hissing one last time at the duo and returned back to the interior of the cave.

"yeah.." Raven said as he secured his bustersword in its sheath and looked at the woman "Im sorry for almost attacking you like that before...and thanks for helping me out there i probably would have been in some deep kimshi if you hadn't showed up.. Raven looked back up at the cloaked and hooded woman "I saw that glint in your eyes...those were fyre encoded jenova cells...did hojo 'work' on you?"
