A yellow chocobo sped over the swamplands and only slowed down when it arrived at the grassy area in front of the Mines entrance. Jumping from its back was Momo, hefting her giant bag over her shoulder and readying her sword, Monohoshizao, in her other hand. "Thanks a lot," she spoke to the chocobo, scratching the back of its neck lightly. "Think you can wait here for me?" She handed a small Gyshal Green to it while asking. The chocobo warked and ate up the Green, positioning itself and sitting down. Momo pat its head lightly and headed for the Mines. "Alright. Let's see if we can find any Mythril here."

It had been a while since Angeal had been to the mines. He couldn't remember how long ago that was though. As he walked around the last corner heading towards the mines Angeal noticed someone.
There was someone else here.
That's okay. Angeal says to himself as he heads towards the mine entrance.
When he went past the chocobo, it skwaked at him.
This must be that other persons. Angeal says aloud. Sorry buddy, but I don't have anything for you.
Angeal turned back around towards the mine's entrance. He took a few steps forward , into the darkness below.
OOC: Hope you dont mind if i join.

"Teeeiii-ahh!!" Momo swung the longsword down onto a flying lizard monster, splitting it in two. She then sighed lightly, holding the sword in just her left hand while she brushed sweat off her brow with the back of her right hand. "Man... All this work just for some Mythril... There better still be some in this place." She picked her weapon bag up from nearby and took a few steps before halting. After silence and no movement, she slowly continued with her eyes staring straight ahead.

He swore that he heard someody yell a few seconds ago so he had rushed towards the spot. That's weird...maybe the mines are haunted. Angeal says as he notices the blood on the floor. He didn't remember hearing stories of the mines of ever being haunted though. And if it was, he would just have to deal with whatever was there. |

Momo watched from a ledge above, making sure she went unnoticed. She slipped out of sight quickly. A moment later, there was what sounded like a muffled moaning and then a loud scream. It echoed throughout the cavern, making it harder to track down. The moaning got louder and another scream sounded through the rock walls. "HELP ME!!!"

What the hell? the scream had come from behind Angeal this time. It was starting to freak him out.
There was no way that it could be the other person in there because he would have noticed them when he had passed through earlier. Looking around the cavern where he was standing, Angeal dodged behind a stalagmite nearby. He had definetly heard someone walk back the way towards the entrance and then back towards him. But there was no possible way for this to happen. Turning around to face the cavern wall, Angeal sighed.
I really need a vacation after this.

As if on cue with his sigh, a figure fell from the high cliff above. It was Momo, falling quickly towards the ground while she was losing consciousness, unaware of what was happening.

Looking up, Angeal saw Momo falling from the edge of the cliff. He got up quickly and caught her before she hit the ground. Things were getting really strange in the mines. Angeal set Momo down on the ground and tried waking her up. Hey! You, are you okay? Wake up. |

Momo moaned a little, her head tilting to the side. When she finally opened her eyes and saw a figure looming over her, she let out a short scream and quickly lifted her arms up in front of her, turning her head away and closing her eyes again. "Don't hurt me! Please!"

So, do you know who that person is yelling and trying to freak me out? I know it's not you because you just yelled, and don't even sound the same. |

"I was just looking for something and-and-and I was attacked by some... By some thing! Next thing I know, I'm here and..." She looked up at him, showing the fear in her eyes. "Wh-who are you?"

Momo turned her head left and right slowly, a sign saying she didn't know. She started to shake less, appearing calmer with someone else by her. "What would be haunting this kind of place?" she asked, keeping her voice low, too.

Momo blinked. "Chocobo? Oh, right. I don't think he'd go into a place like this, though, right? Animals sense danger and stuff and chocobos don't go inside caves, right?" She seemed a little nervous still.
