Alex chuckled. "You still cannot surpass me quite yet." He taunted and put his sword in his other hand. He held out his hand, and a huge blast of Light energy disintegrated most of the rest of the demons. He put his sword back in his good hand, and began fighting once more, cutting down any and all the demons in his path.
Pretty soon, only like 20-30 were left. So, Alex decided to step back and looked to Damani. "Let me see how strong you are without magic." He said, and leaned against the wall.

Damani looked at the rest of the demons. She reached for the holster at her hip that her former self assumed would be here. She looked down when her hand actually touched the cold metal of the gun she had always used in the past. (Koimura? Did he... give me back my weapons? Did he know that I would need them so soon?) she pulled out the gun and reached for the katana that she knew would be on her back. It had been over a year since they had last been used, but they looked in perfect condition. They were so light compared to her new body's physical strength that she had never noticed they were there if she hadn't reached for her gun like her mind's natural reaction was to do.
She grinned back at Alex. "My body might be new, but my mind knows just what too do," she told him, turning and charging head first into the first group of demons. The first two were shot in the face with rounds that glowed a bright green. (Magic round! Nice!) she thought, slashing at a third. She was never still for more than a minute or so; her body was still as enhanced as it had been before the computer had been removed. She was too fast for any of them to lay more than a small scratch on her. She continued up with her dual weapon fighting and within a maximum of five minute they were all dead. She landed in from of Alex after her last jumping attack with a glowing smile on her face. She had never felt so good in her life. She figured trying to use her old fighting style and powers would be difficult in this new body, but it made it so much easier and she was so much stronger. "I think I need a different sword, this one's too light now... It's like waving around a feather, this body's just too strong to use something so old, and light."

Alex had really never seen Damani smile, let alone how happy she looked. "Don't worry." Alex said, smiling back to her. "I'll get you a new sword, but sometimes, the weight isn't the answer. If it feels right like my swords, Guardian Angel and Balmung, feel to me, then it doesn't matter how they weight. It all depends on how well you use them. If you do use it well, like you've shown me just now, you should learn to not believe in the fear factor or the weight or length of the blade, but more in you, and your abilities that you conspire with it.
"What you've shown me is far beyond enough. I will take you as a student, and, with a bright heart and willing soul, you might as well be able to become an Angel yourself!" He patted her head, very pleasingly. "You will become strong using magic as your ally, and not only a weapon of great power. I can see the potential in you, and you are capable of great things, Damani. But, if you want, we can get started on getting you a new sword as soon as you like."

Damani pouted slightly as he patted her on the head. (Last time someone did that to me... I was still known as Destiny. Dezzy...) she thought on the nickname deciding she liked that far more than what she was now called. "Call me Dezzy... it was my nickname in my last lifetime," she said decidedly. She looked down at the gun in her hand. "A new sword would be nice... I need to see if I can get more ammo too... I think I ran out with the last one I shot..."
"I've always used a heavier sword... it's what's comfortable to me. I like to be able to feel its weight in my hand... Though in my other life I depended on my gun more than anything," she looked up at him. "I never used my magic as a main weapon because I didn't understand it fully at the time, that and most of the battles I faced were too simple to use something so powerful..."
She sighed softly, sliding her gun in its holster and her sword in its sheath. She couldn't help but feel content, even though she was still a bit confused. She had her memories back, and though she knew exactly how to use her weapons and some of her powers now, trying to adapt those tactics to this new, stronger and faster body was mind boggling.

Alex smiled once again. "Alrght Dezzy." He said. He began to move towards the way they had come from, when Alex was in a state of darkness. It was really still hard for him to understand all of it, but it was still easy to some degree. He kept walking, but finally he stopped.
"Well, I've lead too much, so you decide where we go to get you a new sword. But first, I'm hungry..." He shrunk in his place a little bit, and clenched his growling stomach. "Before you choose were we go, can we figure out where we can eat first? Don't worry, I'll pay for the sword, ammo, and the food." Alex began waiting patiently for Dezzy's decision, still clenching his stomach.

Dezzy looked at him with a smile. "Heh... Um..." She looked around, trying to remember where she was and where everything was in coordination to them. She frowned slightly, looking at the ground deep in thought. "Well... I'm not sure what would be closer; Junon or Kalm... I suppose going to Junon would be safer because there's less mountain area that was have to cross and we won't have to go through Midgar... Hmm..."
She looked up at the bright sky which was beginning to change into a orange color that signified that night would fall soon. "Fort Condor's not too far away, so I'm sure we can stop there to rest if need be... They may be willing to give us food too, though their weapons are of poor quality, so we still need to move on to Junon afterwords..."
She looked at him. "I guess we should just head that way and go from there... I was never exactly the best at choosing destinations... I pretty much depended on a fortune teller in Kalm to tell me where to go in my old life..."

Alex followed Dezzy's gaze to the sky. "Alright, Fort Condor it is!" But, he stopped for a second, looking very grim. He turned around, a small dark aura spawning around him. [glow=red,2,300]"There's only one problem..."[/glow] The aura disappeared, and he went back to normal. "Which way is it?" He pulled out a trusty map of the world that Leon had given him when they first arrived. The map was interactive, so it showed him where and what direction he was from the Fort.
"Alright, NOW we head to the Fort! And it's... THATAWAY!!!" He exclaimed as he began walking in the direction of the Fort.
((OOC: Do you wanna wrap this up? Or should we just make the next post in the Fort? We could have this expand to anyone in the Fort, so it's, once again, up to you! ^_^))

Dezzy laughed, nodding. "Okay, that way it is!" she followed him, stopping only to glance back at the half-destroyed warehouse that she used to call home. She knew she would never be back here again, and she doubted she would ever see any of the scientists that had taught her many things that she probably wouldn't have learn otherwise. In the end, she was perfectly fine with that. She turned and headed in the direction Alex was heading.
((OOC: I think we should wrap this up here, and then maybe like... I dunno fast forward to where she starts her training or whatever... We can decide where to do it later, I guess.))
