"There was a reason." Alex added, after a small sigh. "She was chosen to be the evil I had to go out and fight, ultimately destroy. She went out to destroy my life, starting with the ones I cared about. One by one, my friends and family, all cut down by one evil blade, weilded by one twisted little girl..." He clenched his fist, and looked Alexia in the eyes with pure white eyes. "I never want to see her again, unless it's at her funeral, if she ever has one. By that, I mean she'll be sent straight to the very depths of damnation from which she was created. And, I'll be the one to do it..."

She listened still, she could say she understood and knew how it felt but the truth was she didn't so she couldn't say those things. "Evil comes in many forms...." she simply stated "Was she very old, I mean you said little by that it makes me think she was only young," She said looking up at a flickering light on the ceiling. She hoped it wouldn't go out she hated the dark.

Alex calmed down, and let his eyes go back to normal. "She was actually only a year younger than I was, so she was about 17 years old when she finally snapped." He looked around, amazed to see more people had walked in. It was kind of cloudy and slightly raining outside, roughly about 4:30 PM, but he didn't care. If night had come, he could just use his white eyes to see in the dark as perfectly as in daylight. He turned around in his seat, facing the door, and took a drink. "I wonder how Sarah's doin'?" He said, half to himself.

She looked around as people walked in and sighed slightly , she hated gaverings of loads of people it just un-settled her she prefered to be in small groups because that had been what she was always used to. "I hate rain.." she sighed quietly, in-fact there were many things she hated probably a list too long to write on a single peice of paper. "Who is this Sarah?" She said tilting her head to one side.

Alex smiled at the last thing mentioned by Alexia. He could tell his face was getting red. "Sarah," He paused for a second, then faced her. "Sarah is the love of my life." He took another drink out of his mug, and placed it back on the counter. "She's everything I could have asked for, and now she's here, in this world." He looked around, trying to relax, but couldn't get his mind of the day they met. He finally calmed down, went back to normal, and faced Alexia. "So, what about you? What's your story?"

She smiled as he explained "that's sweet" she commented, crossing one leg over the other. "hmm my story...not much to tell really, my parents were killed in a house fire when I was 8. After that i lived with two other girls in a little abandoned house, but when I was 13 there was another fire and both of them died, fire I suppose has played a significant role in my life" she laughed and carried on "I lived on my own for 2 years, I had to steal money for foo and accomidation, I know it's bad but i had to to live, Anyway when I was 15 I joined SOLDIER it had always been my dream and 2 days after my 15th birthday it became my life. over a 4 year period I worked my way up and became a first class, but I quit because they asked me to kill someone and I couldn't do it. Well after SOLDIER I stayed in midgar, it's easy for an ex-soldier to do odd jobs and earn money so that's what I did for a while and then I got a job at a bar. That's pretty much my life not ver interesting is it?" She finished with a slight smile, she had never told anyone the story of her life before it was usually something she jkept bottled up, but sometimes it's ggod to talk.

Alex didn't change his look. He smiled slightly. "My life's worse, HA!" He didn't mind making a joke of it, because it doesn't matter anymore to him. He had to go on. "Anyway, it sounds like life could be better for both of us. Not that it matters anymore, but who were the people you stayed with when your parents died? Sorry for the curiosity."

She looked at him and said "I can't really remember them very well, we used to use nicknames, I never knew there real names, one was Rem and the other Al, other than that all I know is that they were a couple of years older than me at least, and yeah you're life is worse, compared to your's mine's actually pretty easy, being in SOLDIER taught me alot of valuable things," she said shiftig slightly, "I hope you don't mind but these are getting annoying," she said removing her katanas and placing them on the bar.

Alex got an idea in his head. It was a long-shot, but he wanted to take it. After seeing her place the weapons she carried on the counter, he wanted to see how strong she was in a fight. He didn't do this normally, but it's good to know your ally's strenghts and weaknesses. "Alexia," He began. "I was wondering if you would like to spar a little. I just wanted to see if you were romotily strong. Don't worry, I'll use Dull on our blades, which makes it so our blades won't hurt each other. But, just to be safe, I'll be sure to cast Aura of Defiance, which nullifies any and all damage in sparring matches only. So, whatdya say?" He waited patiently with a smile across his face.

She looked at him and nodded, "I haven't fought in a while, but I suppose it could be fun," She said also with a smile on her face, this could be fun she always used to enjoy a spar, a good way to get rid of excess energy. She picked her Katana's up again an stood up "where are we going to do this?" she questioned brushing any dirt and dust off of the back of her coat.

Alex got up, stretched his legs, and looked over at her. "How about right outside? We don't have to travel and we might get some cash for street performance." He laughed slightly, but continued. "I'll just finish my drink and meet you out there." He quickly drank the rest of his soda, went outside, and prepared for the sparring match. He looked around at the empty streets, noticing little movement, and pulled out his sword. The crowd, which was expected, began to form around him. He silently and quickly casted Dull on both of their weapons, which created a bright blue aura around their swords. It disappeared as quickly as it had came. He then used Aura of Defiance on both of them, making another aura of blue around them, disappearing quickly as well. He readied for his battle.

She followed him outside stretching her limbs as she walked outside. She also stood in a ready possition, checking everything over before he cast the spells. The crowd wasn't too big but was bigger than she expected it's was like they just suddenly appeared, like at school when there's a fight and there is a big huddle around two people, that's what it reminded her of being in a fight at school only at school there were no weapons apart from hands, which always seemed to do a little bit of damage to one's face. She looked across at him and smirked slightly waiting for him to make the first move.

"Very well." He said after a minute. He lunged forwards at Alexia, making an obvious move. He knew it would be easy to deflect or dodge, and retaliate soon after. He wanted to see her maneuvers in battle. He lunged pretty quickly, so he wanted to see her ability to think on her feet.

She blocked his move all though it did make her stumble backwards slightly, she hadn't done this in a while, she pushed against his sword with her own in an attempt to make him move backward slightly, regardless to whether this had happened or not she swung round and aimed her sword at his abdomen. Also a pretty east move to block or predict, but she was very quick, but she too wanted to find out exactly what he was capable of before trying much harder.

Alex measured the speed that Alexia's blades were spinning around, and began to form his plan. Quickly, as she almost reached him, he put out his sword, and stopped them both simultaniously. The crowd gasped in amazement, and more came running out to see what was happening. Alex ignored the massing crowd, and consentraited on his saprring partner. He pushed her back and jumped up onto the rooftop of a nearby building. "Comming?" He asked, waiting patiently for Alexia's answer.
