Alexia walked the streets of edge, her long blue coat trailing behind her in a gentle breeze followed lightly by her blonde hair. Her two Katana's strapped to her side, well you never know when you might need them! She then spotted a bar, shrugged her shoulders and walked in slowly, it wasn't very busy only a few people, but then what do you expect in the daytime? because my guess is not many people choose to drink at midday. She took a seat at the bar and waited for a bartender. This was so much smaller than the bar she worked at in Midgar, and not as busy but it was a welcome break form all the hustle and bustle!

Alex was walking around aimlessly in the lonesome town of Edge. He had seen pictures of Edge in it's glory days, but it seemed as though those days were mear dreams. He had remembered the one time he hung out here and got into a big fight with Karri, who had soon after left this world and back into the old one. He had to stop remenising about times long past, and decided to relax in the bar. He walked in, and, unexpectedly, he didn't see many people. The only one who caught his eye was the blue-coated girl sitting at the bar. She had katanas, which meant she was some sort of fighter. Alex's swords were conciled underneath his over coat, but could be visable to some degree.
He thought to himself that he shouldn't make enemies, so he decided to befriend this person. He walked up to the bar, sat two seats away on her right, and began a conversation.
"Why is it that you need your katanas in plain sight so that everyone could see?" He asked. "Edge hasn't been an active place since before Meteorfall and Omega Weapon. You need not use them in this peaceful reminant of a once bustling city."

She looked over at the guy who had just sat next to her, and smiled a little as he spoke. "One can never be too careful, besides I haven't been to Edge in a long time, It's changed alot in 5 years " She said, The bar was incredibly dull, by dull I mean dimly lit, showing off the faint glow of Mako in her eyes,She hadn't had Mako since she was in SOLDIER but the glow never seemed to disappear therefore she chose never to majke direct eye contact with any-one least of all some-one she didn't know. "So is it rude if I ask you're name?" She said fiddeling around with her nails. OOC I don't mid at all,,,, and I love this smiley!!  |

"I don't mind whatsoever." Alex replied a few seconds later. "I'm Alex Kamon, but just Alex is fine." He began looking outside for a moment, thinking of his past. "It's hard to believe it... Two thousand and eighty-nine years since it happened, and I haven't aged a day..." He snapped out of it. "I'm sorry, just an aniversary for me. May I ask who you are?"

She smiled slightly, "two thousand and eighty nine years since what?" She questioned looking down at the dring in her hands "Sorry if I'm being nosy, and my Name is Alexia Myre most people just call me Al or Lex thought," She said taking a sip of her orange juice and crossing a leg over the other so she could face him a llittle better.

Alex looked at her, normally yet casually. "I don't care if you're nosy, besides, I have nothing to hide." He took a deep breath, and began to explain.
"I wasn't born, but found on my parents' doorstep. I only new that I was given a strange artifact that turned me into what I can become. If you would like, I could show you what I can become, to my least extent, which isn't very powerful." He also got a drink, but had to make it himself. He made a drink, known on Earth, as Coca-Cola. He began to drink it by a big mug he found nearby.

She listened intentently as he explained, this world is full of unusual people some more so than others, "I would like that, If you don't mind, of-course" she stated. She hated meddling or poking her nose in where it was not wanted but he didn't seem bothered by the fact she was asking him these things, despite the fact that he had only met he 15 minutes ago, she smiled slightly to herself and took another sip of her orange juice as she waited for him to reply.

Alex smiled slightly, so it was barily visable. He got up, but had a second thought of it. It could be very embarrasing to use it in public, but she wanted to know, so... He moved into the center of the room, moved some tabels and chairs around, then began to ready himself. There were no other guests here, or any other bar patrons, since the two people with weapons walked in. He closed his eyes, and waited a minute.
Exactly a minute later, he opened his eyes. They were now completely bright white. Then, he gathered up some sort of energy not known to everyone, except for his devision of life-forms. "Let the Darkness be silenced, and Glory to the Light!" He shouted. Suddenly, his angel wings sprouted, spanning three feet out for each wing, so the entire wing-span was about seven feet. He looked back at the Alexia, then turned back. He went to sit down, and took a big gulp of his drink.

She just watched unsure of what to expect really, She took a sip iof her drink jut as he shouted. She watched closely as she held her drink to her lips, as the wings, kind of appeared shall we say she spat the drink that was in her mouth across the room some-where and coughed slightly. "Wow, that's pretty cool, Ive never seen anything quite like that," she said to him as he sat down, her glowing blue eyes were wide in awe. "wow" she repeated again at a whisper taking another sip of her drink.
OOC ok, sorry it's a tad short

Alex smiled. "Of course you wouldn't have seen that before!" He said. "It's not every day you see an Angel! And, yeah, I am an Angel." He began explaining of how awesome it was to be an angel, the benefits, and the also downfalls. "I can't take a hit from darkness very well, and I'm not very dark-thinking. I'm mister Positive most of the time. But what is really cool is, that whenever I go into some place dark, I can see perfectly." He stopped to think, and then answered her first question. "Two thousand and eighty nine years ago was when I was given these powers., so, I've actually been alive for over three thousand years now."

she was just staring at his new appendages*typo??* she just had a sudden urge to reach at and grab a handful of the feathers, but she kept her little urge at bay. "An angel" she repeated at a whisper as though she would wake up and realise that this was a dream, she even pinched her-self, like 4 times but this was clearly not a dream. "you're over 3000? wow you really wouldn't be able to tell" she said laughing slightly as she finished the rest of her drink and put her cup on the bar. " so did you die, or did some-one just randomly walk up to you and say 'here have a pair of wings on me!'" she questioned.

Alex laughed a little at the last remark. "No, I was chosen to become an Angel." He retracted his wings, and his eyes went back to normal. "There was a prophecy back on my planet Earth that designated me as the 'Savior of Mankind' of Earth. Let me tell you, it hasn't been a real joy ride. Watching friend after friend die before I do... It's enough to make you want to commit suicide. But, I know I have to live on and face my Destiny: To rid Earth of the Evil that has befallen it."

She looked at him and smiled slightly, "I know what it's like to lose friends, but I haven't lost all that many, I can't imagine how you must feel, I also can't imagine how it must feel to have such hevy burden on you're shoulders, just being in SOLDIER was enough for me and I quit because I didn't want to kill innocent people," she said looking at her feet. Un-like some of her friends in SOLDIER she had a conscience and just couldn't handle killing mindlessly, however she could kill if she thought some-one deserved it and if some-one hurt her or her friends she usually made their lives a living hell.

"Yeah, but, I haven't felt much pain from it, compared to how I lost my parents." Alex said. "My cousin, Karri, who is tecnically my still living sister, was the one who kill my entire family, aside from her. I was on her hit list, for she had gone insane and wanted to kill everyone in the family. I was the last becuase I spent so much time with her, so much that it was kinda awkward, and it seemed like we were in love." He laughed slightly. "I still hate her for what she did, and how she killed my parents." Obviously, he felt much pain refering to that.

She listened quietly, every so often being startled by a person walking by but other than that it was quiet, well appart from the two of them that is. She felt sorry for him al-though she didn't admit it or show it, she knew how some people often reacted to pity so she just learned not to show the feeling. "People sometimes go crazy for no reason, or was there a reason for her insanity if you don't mind me asking," she said quietly.
