Searching for Jobs(Talk to Alex if you have a job)

Alex returned to the bar around 3 hours after he left to fix his friend's ship, the Ragnarok. Alex was just bearilly sweating, but as he went to sit down, he stopped and relaxed. Now that he had some free time, he could now do some of his specialty, bounty hunting. I haven't had a job for a long time. He thought to himself. Maybe today will be better. He ordered a drink and waited for a job or an offer for one to come up.

((Ooh, I have, and it's a "Special" one! X3))

Walking, or more so, riding in her yellow Vespa, which looks a cross like a Motorcycle and a Scooter, the red-head master mechanic, Faye, stopped short in search for some materials needed for her to fix her grand creation, I-No, and to look for someone in which only she knows.

"Man," The female groaned, pulling out the goggles from her eye towards her helmet. "This place is sure different from Rocket Town, I'd always say." She said, parking her motorcycle near the park where beside it is a bar called 'Seventh Heaven'. Since she somehow hear it in passing, thanks to Cid, and maybe some of his crew are in there, might as well enter and not lose the risk. Her footstep was heard as she looked around and decided to take a break for a while before moving on, maybe asking some questions along the way.

And, lucky of all the lucky, there's some fairly handful of customers around here as, with a desicion in mind, decided to ask if they have something she doesn't have. Out of random, she seated beside the guy[Alex] as she spoke out loud, in which she meant to do it out of habit and said in a loud and wondering tone.

"Geez, that ol' Cid sure knows how to boil my brain into this, I could sure use a help in searching some materials for I-No, now if only there's anyone who knows where I can find these things, I might even pay up for that!" Faye said, her hands under her chin and half-pondering where she can get what she needed.

Alex overheard, is if he couldn't, what the woman next to him was saying, and started to think about helping her. That, and there was nothing better to do. He turned to her and said, "I overheard your need of assisstance, and I think I might be able to help." Then, he started thinking. "Although I am a bounty hunter... Eh, who cares. So, if you need a hand, I'm right here, and I'm flexable in the way of prices." Alex started imagining what the job could be like, but he stopped thinking about it and turned back to his drink, and listening if the girl, who seemed oddly attractive to him, would accept his offer.

After hearing the male's statement, the female brighten up as she turned around to face him with a grin in her face. She was all too glad to have assistance, especially if what she heard pairs up in what she think it is as the red-head spoke in a very upbeat yet not hyper tone of hers.

"I don't mind about prices, as long as you can help me I'm more than glad, though I somehow needed to save up anyway." She said with a chuckle, her hands at the back of her head, giving off an aire or laid-back which perfectly hides her ingenious facade.

"Well I don't give a crap about prices anyway; I get paid for working for my friend 250,000 a month!" He said, laughing at the whole idea. "Come to think of it, he hasn't paid me yet." He looked down to his drink, remembering that he needed that money to keep his younger sister alive. "Anyway," He said, turning back around to her. "let me introduce myself. I'm Alexander Kamon, but just call me Alex. So, what kind of job do you have?" Alex was just about to die to know exactly what kind of mission he was going to go on with this woman.

" I have a job for ya Alex.... stop being a one man show. You know that you need my help, and my money." Squall said as he wrapped his arm around Alex's head and ground his knuckles into Alex's head. "You not going anywhere without me hounding ya or helping ya if i have to... Thats an order." Squall laughed. "By the way the names Sqaull, Squall Leonhart. Nice ta meet ya." Squal said as he let go of Alex still laughing.

"Nice meetin' ya, Alex, name's Faye Flannigan, by the way." The female chirped and just before she goes further, someone butted in rudely enough for Faye to wonder what's going on, but after he introduced, she just shrugged it off and just grinned sheepishly at his reply. "Pleasure to meet you then, Squall, name's Faye." She introduced once more. She cleared her throat before the female stated her reason for this job, in which she hope these two can handle.

"I'm asking two things, not really big but still two things. First," She pulled out a blueprint of an airship and showed it to the two. With a proud grin on her face, Faye stated," My friends, this is Nirvana, a prototype based on Cid Highwind's airships. I'm his protegé and as of now, I'm making my own airship based on his Highwind and Shierra concept. As of now, there's some metals and items to use, but sadly enough they're located at the hard-to-reach part of continents, namely in the Corel Prison, Fort Condor, the crater site and Forbidden Forest. Now not that it's real hard or anything, the trouble's with the enemies and where to locate it, but I'm fairly sure you can manage." She said and then thought about her payment to them. "As for payment, since Cid doesn't want me spending my earning and stuff and I needed budget, I'll make a lowdown first since the max is 10k gil. Hope you understand me." She said the last part with a bashful chuckle, scratching the back of her head. She doesn't really mind paying, it's her money she's worry about and her business needs boosting so she just have to get a bounty sooner or later for her to work on, or at least an airship and any machine-type materials to fix up, anything to give her a pay.

"So," Alex replied, with his hand on his chin. "You basicly need someone to help you find the parts, and someone to cover your ass while you search." Alex began to understand, and turned to Squall. "Oh, and uhh... before I forget, THIS JOB'S MINE!!!!" Alex yelled, hoping he would listen. Alex turned back to Faye and felt that Squall had actually listened to him, but it's just a feeling. "So, what's our first stop, Faye? I'm ready whenever you are." He said with a little over-confidence in his voice.

"We're ready Faye." Squall corrected him. "but let me show you something first Faye... Come outside if you please." Squall said as he leader her and Alex (He dragged Alex for making that comment by the hair) "This is one of my prides and joys!" Sqaull called back to Faye. "Zell, de- activate the cloking device!" Squall ordered into a small communicater.

In seconds the airspace was filled with a low humming noise that gradually grew louder until it became an almost defining roar. before there was nothing in the air but the clouds and the sun but now there was a HUGE flying ship hovering above the town of Edge. "Here he is! The Ragnarok!" Squall yelled over the roar. "Isn't it great?" he added.

Looking at the enormous airship before her, she was more than fascinated to see such a beauty, beyond amazement to be exact. She was a real fan of airships and Fay would do anything to have a run with them beaut, just like what would Cid does. Oh, if only he can see this, he could have some motivation to make more advance airships, and maybe for her too.

"Woah~!" Fay exclaimed as she looked at Leon, her gold-like orbs shining with interest towards the airship. "You just HAVE to let me see the blueprints, this baby's Awesome!" She added with a tone of excitement in it.

"Sure!" Squall said as he snapped his fingers. There was a flash of light and they were instantly teleported to the engioneering bay/ blueprint archive.

"Alex pull up the holograph of the Ragnarok that we descovered a while ago." Squall said as he took a seet at the head of a long table. "please sit Faye. Can i offer you a drink perhaps?" Squall asked

"Sure thing, Squall." Alex said with a smile on his face. Squall was hitting on Faye. Alex couldn't help but laugh. As he brought up the hologram, he realized that it was the wrong one; it was a hologram of Alex and his girlfriend running along a beach. "Crap! Wrong one!" Alex exclaimed as he quickly switched it. He found the right one, and brought it up. "There we go, sorry 'bout that last hologram. Heh heh." Alex laughed fakely while rubbing the back of his head. "Anyway, when we first found the Ragnarok-" Alex was cut off by Irvine in the Bridge. "Hey Alex," He said. "We've got a problem with the Time Machine. Could you take a look?" Alex looked up to the loudspeaker and responded, "Yeah sure. I'll be back in a minute or two." Alex said as he sped towards the room with the Time Machine.

The female nodded as she was offered a seat and sat down. Shaking her head, she just chuckled and replied at Squall's offer with a nod.

Just as the hologram pop out, Faye laughed at the 'mistake' Alex did as she was now shown the blueprints of Ragnarok. It was quite fascinating how it was made, and not to mention that it was way better than she expected. Maybe if she took note about it, she can get an idea on improving her Nirvana, maybe even doing it to her latest airship she and Cid were working on, Ark. Just as she was about to pull out a notebook from her bag, in which in a instant her mind already scanned the blueprint, someone spoke something about a Time Machine gone wrong and as soon as she heard it, she knew one thing that made her mind blink; something needs fixing.

"Time Machine?" Faye wondered, looking at Squall.

"Yeah. We're time travlers. We come from about 100 years in the future and are taking a really long vacation.' Squall explained. "We would prefer to keep this on the down low if you dont mind Faye." He added as he looked over the light blue schematics of the ship. Then he pointed to a small section and it instantly zoomed in to that spot. Squall sat back holding his chin thinking.

Alex walked back in from the Time Machine room. "Nothing to worry about, the guys were just playing a little trick, that and only one button came undone. Nothing to serious." Alex walked back and sat down in one of the chairs. "So, what were we talking about?"
