You're out of your mind."Alpha, the obvious machine, decided to pitch in, and even though his voice was artificial, it was toned as if a human being were speaking, "We will need your expertise, Nytemyre.""I'm not going.""Yes you are.""I have to agree with the light one this time.""Fine! I'm going!" Nytemyre, defeated, tossed his claws up and turned away, folding his arms and muttering a few curses. Nebula's beak turned upward in a smirk when he turned to Tifa, "Up for the job?" copies 111,112, and 113 discretely listened in on the conversation... 111: [glow=red,2,300] "alright 112, you and I will follow them and set off the defenses at the right moment."[/glow] 112 noded 113: [glow=red,2,300] "and i'll stay here to track the ship"[/glow] 111 & 112 noded |

Nytemyre just roared in helplessness and proceeded to bite himself in the right arm. Alpha simply shook his head, the gears whirring in his neck. Cosmic fiddled around with the golden gauntlet on his left arm.
Nebula just sighed, "You will be aiding them in busting Duorzum out. Do you know the ShinRa complex?"

Tifa turned her head sharply at the black demon, as if insulted he would even consider her to be a nuisance. Nubula averted her attention once more as he inquired about the ShinRa complex.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Yea... Yes, Im very familiar with it."[/glow] she answered blithely, not really certain what did the old ShinRa building had to do with this. Was Deepground situated there? Was that where they took Duo? She recalled the complex well because of their little attempt to rescue Aerith from the ShinRa two years ago. She remembered the building well.
She looked around and saw a regional map of Midgar, etched in glass. Tifa pointed directly at the towering headquarters and explained, trying to recall the HQ: [glow=blue,2,300]"There's a small helipad located at the structure... I think we could land there. Below that, the President's office, then other exectuive offices, and tons of elevators leading down the structure... providing Meteorfall didn't damage the building, we should be fine."[/glow]

"Hah! Galaxy found something!"
An enourmous multi-colored tiger sabre-cat was chasing, uh, something invisible. The cat was bigger than Nebula, and could barely get out of the hall, make a U-turn, then back into another hall.
He found the invisible units!

I should have KNOWN better than to lean out so much...he silently berated himself as he blurred down the hallways... quickly he whispered into the com unit [glow=red,2,300] " This is Copy 114, My position has been comprimised, fall back to secondary positions IMMEDIATELY, i'll draw the enimy away, then warn our 'brothers'...114 out."[/glow] 114 rounded a corner and blurred directly at the unsuspecting woman infront of him, he shoved her to the deck as he raced past her in a flash of movement before taking to the air and speeding off towards Midgar... he he hehe thought to himself... well atleast the woman has a tracker hidden on her now...The copy spead off into the night as his cloak flickered and then faild due to wind shear... |

Before Tifa knew it, Nytemyre stated another creature named Galaxy had found 'something'. [glow=blue,2,300]"What did he--"[/glow]
Before she could finish her sentence, she was pushed face down on the deck by an unknown presense, but before she could get a clear look at whomever pushed her over, it was already gone.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Did you see that?"[/glow] Tifa picked herself off deck and rushed on to see whatever it was that shoved her. Most likely the intruder... but whatever the hell it was it flew away. Towards Midgar. Genesis? she wondered questioningly. He was the only winged person she could think of... besides Duo and Sephiroth. But doubted any of the other two were around. So he was here...
[glow=blue,2,300]"If we're gonna save Duo, we'd better get to Midgar... fast" [/glow] she said before returning back to Nubula and the others.

"FULL SPEED AHEAD! TO MIDGAR!"
The men in white uniforms began to work frantically, pushing the big ship to it's peak of performance. Nebula changed course immediately with one huge turn of the wheel.
"While we're doing that, and Galaxy's chasing away the intruders, why don't you have a look around the Skystomper? You will not be disappointed. Don't mind the trio of demons on this ship. They're always wandering these halls."

Tifa nodded in agreement as the Captain suggested her to wander around; Staying here she would just get in the way. There were teams of pilots around, able to manouver the ship. Exploring the flying vessel would kill time anyways...
She wandered through the halls, admiring the scenery every time she passed by a window as the ship made it's way to Midgar. She then found a passageway leading to the engine room. Tifa peeked inside; somehow it was quite similar to Cid's airship. 'Perhaps Cid built this airship?' she wondered silently to herself, content on asking the chocobo captain if and when she found the chance. Soon she heard voices. They were distant, and somewhat faint. But surely a man's voice.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Hello?"[/glow] her own voice echoed throughout the engine room. Maybe it was just Nytemyre or Cosmic... the captain did say they're always wandering around, right?

The gears were massive, the pistons were joined together and had multiple heads, and there was a power source floating in the middle of the room. What was THAT?! It was not connected to anything, but seemed to be giving the engine room power. A few men on platforms were monitoring it. The thing itself seemed to be a giant orb...with spikes sticking out everywhere. It was the size of a human head, skin and all. It occasionally gave off a brief burst of it's power to the gears, but otherwise didn't do much.
Was there someone in here other than the engineers?

Tifa observed her surroundings, cautiously approaching to where the voices originated. After that little incident with the intruder shoving her to the ground, she tried to be a little more cautious with her surroundings. She felt as though she couldn't be alone around here anymore. It appeared she was alone... but who knew for certain?
[glow=blue,2,300]"I could've sworn I heard something."[/glow] she murmured defeated. She walked away and continued to wander around the halls within the Skystomper. Anxiety just consumed her.
When were they gonna reach Midgar?!

Alpha walked right by Tifa, and reported, "We're here."
The machine walked into the control room, then back out again, taking a quick scan to make sure all is clear. He was then followed by the other two demons. Where were they going?
Well, if they were at Midgar, were they already moving out?!
