Tifa got that eerie feeling she wasn't alone again, and peered over her shoulder. Like a watchful pair of eyes just boring into the back of her head with a cold stare... she couldn't shake that feeling off. Suddenly she met up with the mechanical demon, Alpha.
[glow=blue,2,300]"What? Oh..."[/glow] she said, slightly distracted as he stated they had finally reached Midgar. Maybe it was just his presence she had mistaken for...
'Hmm... maybe...'
Tifa followed Alpha back to the control room and reached Captain Nebula. She could see the ruins of Midgar down below. The fallen sector 7 plate. Buildings in complete ruin thanks to Meteorfall two years ago. The towering ShinRa HeadQuarters, placed in the middle of the ruined metropolis like a centerpiece. Just as how she remembered it to be.
[glow=blue,2,300]"What now? How do we get to Deepground?"[/glow] She said to the Captain. Tifa readied her black-leather battle gloves and tightend it around her wrists, with materia intact. Genesis was in that underground threshold along with Duorzum. Tifa had to expect the worst...

"You, Alpha, Nytemyre, and Cosmic will infiltrate the base. That should not be a problem for you four. I will get you as close as possible to the building without attempting to topple it over. Be prepared for this one."
After the chocobo's short briefing, he had the rest of the crew lower the ship. It didn't touch the ground, but didn't soar away either. The three demons went first, one after the other.
"Good luck guys!" waved the chocobo captain.

Tifa followed Alpha, Cosmic and Nytemyre below deck and readied herself for the final time while waiting for the other demons. It was only until then she found a small electircal device attatched at the back of her clothing. It looked like a tracking bug or something of the sort, but Tifa just crushed it and flicked it away without a second thought.
When it was finally her turn, she took a gulp and braced herself for the jump to follow. Taking a leap, she landed roughly on the granite flooring of the ShinRa building.
[glow=blue,2,300]"This is it."[/glow] she exclaimed as she waved back at Nebula. Her attention then averted to the destination that lied ahead. Or rather, on the destination below. She entered the abandoned complex and lead the demons inside. Unsurprisingly, everything was in total ruin. It was dark from the inside, with only a little light peeking through nearly-shattered or grime-stained windows. There didn't seem to be any electricity within the building with good reason, but that was also bad news.
No electricity equals no elevators. No elevators meant they had to find an alternative, which meant stairs. And Tifa remembered the last time she used the stairs around here...
[glow=blue,2,300]"God. 60+ floors just to get back to ground level... this is going to us take some time"[/glow] she said despairingly, searching for the stairway.
(Ooc - shall we head over to the Neo-Reunion thread in Midgar and commence the rescue operation?)

Nytemyre just sighed, Cosmic was still thinking, then Alpha had an idea, "Can't we just blast through these floors?"
Alpha already had several human fingernail-sized bombs in between his mechanical digits. Both the other demons just stared, then asked simultaneously, "How unstable is the building, first?"
The mecha demon already got the hint...no blasting...unless Tifa said otherwise.
