Jessie sighed not really wanting to remember that day"sorry but no they both died"she said and began to get angry."DAMN! WHY DIDNT THEY JUST KILL US! WHY DIDTHEY HAVE TO DESTROY THE ENTIRE SECTOR!"jessies rage susided soon aftewr and she felt confused and hurt .The death of her freinds wasnt the thing that hurt her the most,not that she didnt care about it was that they all knew that the shinra might kill them one day. But the innocent lives really stung her. They had nothing to do with it except being in the same sector

He took hold of both her hands now and turned so that they were both facing each other.
"It's been so long, I thought I would have moved on by now but I guess not now that I see you face to face. Jesse I still have feelings for you like I did back when Avalanche was still together." he said bashfully

jessie stood shocked for a moment.she had liked barret before but she didnt think he felt the same."i um ah really?"jessie said feeling off guard.she recovered atfer two minutes and gave barret a tiny kiss on the cheek

Barret blushed and was now caught off guard. He giggled like a little kid and kissed her back, but unlike her kiss it was on the lips.

jessie melted into the kiss that she never thought would come. "wow"she said feeling stunned and happyat the same time.she then recovered and hugged barret"what will marlene think?"she asked worried about what her reaction might be.

He thought about it for a minute and then shook his head when he was finished.
"Why don't we head back in there and find out?"
He held her hand and headed back into Seventh Heaven.
