how do you become member of the month and also, how do you become staff. i probably should have asked this a long time ago.

The member of the month is the best active role player of the month, which is determined by the staff. Concerning the question of becoming staff, I'm not one to answer it. Try and ask one of the Admins (Tifa or Valentine).
Next time ask all of your questions in the same thread rather in separated ones.
