Plot/Storyline:

<sub>Several years have passed since the mist has disappeared, and Kuja along with it. Gaia's new peace allows it to finally heal the wounds of the past. While memories linger of a darker age, the inhabitants of the Mist continent no longer dwell on what was once. Technologies are introduced, buildings remodeled, and the faces of the fallen always remembered. Life as it was once known ensues again though something dark overshadows the expansive continents of Gaia.

Far away there are evil forces are at work, ones that have far more power than Terra and Kuja. Alarming reports have reached Alexandria of a strange phenomena occurring not too far from what was once Oelivert. It appears that the disruption to Gaia's circle of life and death has awakened a danger that must be dealt with or all of Gaia will be swallowed in mist once more...perminantly. With the former heroes and heroines disbanded it's hard to imagine who will step forward to save Gaia this time.
