There are many terms and abbreviations used during role-playing, but for now I'll just list the ones that are most commonly used.
Glass Cannon
A character who deals strong, powerful attacks in battle, but isn't very tough.
God-mode
Perfecting your character, like a God if you will.
IC (In-Character)
Any action or speech pertaining to your RP character.
Metaplot
Also known as the main storyline of an RPG.
Metascience
The ability to know anything AND everything, everywhere, at any point of space and time, including other players thoughts and events that the player themselves have not experienced within the game. Debatably synonymous with ‘god-modding’.
