Howdy all. Now that the summer time is here and I am in between college and work, I've got a lot more time to come and spend on the internet.

Seeing the site with some RPing on it, while it is a nice view to see the site still in use, I'd really love to get things back to the way things use to be around here. Of course that will take quite a decent bit of work on everyone's part, what with enticing new blood to join and RP and all, but I believe I know of one small way to help.

Recently, I've been thinking of working on a large scale RP, containing people from all over the place. Like Seph was talking about with the Storyline RP, I'm thinking that this could be something that everyone could join, to build up an understanding of each other's characters, maybe make a few alliances and the like.

I dunno, this is just an idea I've had, but I'm interested in hearing you're opinions on the matter.

Those were my thoughts when I first came up with the story/plot. For sites as wonderful as this, I think a site-wide roleplay (or series of roleplays) would really help bring everyone together. Maybe it would bring in new members as well.

Ok. This is a switch, but this Leon is the author of the original opening post. Anyway. I understand that there are several different RPs that concern getting everyone together and making the site look more appealing to other people that might pop in a see what we're about. Personally, I don't care who is the author of an RP, so long as everyone can agree with each other and get along without rising tensions between characters as well as people. The site is just like a family, and I don't want to see any part of that family fall out.

I would, rather, see the family expand, inviting new people or veteran RPers to come into the site and feel at home.

To me, I'm game for whatever kind of RP idea that we can all come together and agree on. All I ask is that there are some suggestions we can name that everyone can more or less agree upon. That would give us a good starting point instead of trying to integrate out characters into a situation that they are not familiar with. If anyone would prefer, I could begin the RP, after a topic has been selected.

Here's a few suggestions from my own angle.

Beach Vacation
Mountain Expedition
Facing an Ancient Creature. (I know that this has been the topic of several different RPs, but I'm just putting forward the idea again for anyone who may not know the goals of those afore mentioned RPs.)
Poker Night
Trapped in a Cabin in the Mountains.


These are just wild suggestions, some of them came to me at the very last second. But, all of these could possibly, POSSIBLY, be a beginning point of an RP involving a group of people.

And, Elstan, I don't really mind which character you'd prefer to use. So long as each of the people willing to RP together aren't at each other's throats, any character you pick will be welcomed into the RP. That goes for everyone. No character would be shunned from the RP, but I ask that only ONE character for each person be introduced. For example, Elstan, and I hope you don't mind me making you an example in this case, any of your three characters mentioned above could be brought in, but that character alone would be introduced for you. Lets say you pick Loz as your character you wish to RP as. I would ask that only Loz appears in the RP so that we don't have a multitude of characters talking to themselves through the same RPer.
