Howdy everyone.
Since we're really introducing ourselves to each-other, then I have to extend a hand to camaraderie and friendship.
First off, my name is Chris, I'm 20 years old, and I'm a guy.
Now that the rather obvious is out of the way, time to get to the real brass tacks.
I'm an avid gamer, going to college in the field of Electronic Media Communications. My career goals lie in the direction of audio management in the design and production of Video Games. I am a third year student in college, and I am currently working on a video game of my own design, with a group of my friends at the college I'm going to. If anyone is interested in my endeavor to make a game, you are more then welcome to ask questions about it, and I will answer your queries to the best of my ability.
I am mostly a FPS gamer, though I have played, and beaten every single Final Fantasy game that is currently in circulation, aside from 11, 14, 13, and 13-2. The reasons behind this is because of both money and time concerns. (I call myself a veritable Final Fantasy Guru because I know loads about the lore and buildup of the games themselves.) Anyhow! I love the occasional JRPG, RPG's, puzzle games, fighters, and the sometimes rare sports game.
I have no talent when it comes to physical art, but I have an ear for music and the majesty when it comes to that field, hence my career aspirations.
I am also an avid writer and soon to be (Hopefully) author, I've been Role playing on websites like this, and on this one for that matter, for the better part of ten years. I have always had a passion for science fiction and fantasy, and creating stories with people who I know will appreciate it and understand the value of knowledge, like those whom I have had the fortune of meeting here on the site.
My heritage lies in many places, the actual percentages falling to decimal points and the like, but here is what I know I am.

But, I'm 100% American baby.
I'm a rather open ended kind of guy, easy going, fun loving and caring person. Family and friends take a high priority in my life, being with them and making sure to keep ties with them is a constant job, but I love it all the same. I'm practical, people tell me I'm smart (Which is obvious)... oh, and I'm sarcastic and egotistical, to a minor degree (Ha ha).
I'm always looking for new friends, willing to step beyond some lines that others might see as Too Far. I believe people that I think I'll be friends with deserve that extra effort to strike up up that relationship.
Now... I know this is a fairly long read, but I'm getting near the end. Don't fret!
Likes:
Music: I mostly listen to metal, nothing too hard core, but sometimes i'll pop in a death metal album and crank it. Smooth Jazz is my fallback, love the stuff, but I listen to most types of music, including classical and contemporary rock. Classic rock is a passion of mine and will always crank up the volume to a good song I hear on the radio.
Gaming: Duh...
Reading: I'm a HUGE book nerd. Can't put them down. Always have been, and always will be. Nothing can compair to the feel of a book in your hands, the rustle of pages in the summer breeze.
Biking: Ever since I learned how to, I've spent a lot of time on my bike. Whether it be BMX, mountain, or in the country with my friends, I've always had two wheels under me.
Dislikes:
Rap: Sorry to Rap fans, but I just don't like the genre. There might be emotions in it, but its laced with too much abrasion that makes me think of how people have to profess the bad things that they've been through. I understand life may be tough, but there's no need to brood about it.
Smoking: I've grown up with the majority of my family smoking around us kids. I know that people do it as a stress relief, but its disgusting. Purposely killing your lungs to get a little relief for a small problem? Sorry, but I like living.
Bullies: I was never the strong jock or muscle head in school, so I was a target for those who were. I was picked on as a kid, but it made me a stronger person because of it. I'm not looking for sympathy, I feel that I should let people know that I'm against the prospect of people lording over others because they're bigger and stronger.
Sheer Idiocy: The one thing that gets under my skin the most is people INTENTIONALLY being idiotic. I can't even put into words how flabbergasted I am at the idea of it. Why would someone intentionally put their intellect on a back shelf and do something stupid? I'm sorry, but world? Reality check please?
And that, that is what generally makes up my being. I'm always looking to make new friends, as I've said before, and I hope to work with all of you in future RPs.
