Leon sighed and hung his head. "Why not choose the ones that you like the best. Disregard your moral standings on size, but please... just pick something..." Leon laughed. It was something that he wanted done, and the sooner it was finished, Leon could get to the enchantment then back to the things at hand. He still had to figure out what that first monster was, and where in the blazes those other ones came from. Maybe Duo knew.
Leon rolled his shoulders and returned his attention to his work. Soddering a few of the last wires together, Leon tightened a brace on the device he was working on. Sliding it into a pre-made container, Leon clicked a switch on the side of the device. Lights came on around the parimeter of the device, throwing off a blue glow. Nodding his head, Leon stood up with device in hand. "I'll be right back." He said, walking out of the room. Hopefully when he came back, Duo had picked something and was ready for Leon to enchant it.
Walking out into the hall, Leon turned left and walked again down another hall. He walked to a guilded door, the name of the room having long been take off. The door was light grey, like all of the other doors in the ship, but black and gold guilding went around the face of the door. Leon's private workshop. A bio-scanner went over him, which dinged and allowed him into the room .The door slid closed behind him, and lights came to life. A deep red carpet sat on the floor while elogent paintings sat on the walls. Furniture, book cases, a large TV, small private bar, and everything else that was viewed as the lap of leasure. Aside from the plush decor, worktables and tools sat against one wall. A large device, looking quite similar to the one Leon held in his hand sat on one of the tables. Leon walked over to the device and placed the smaller one into a reciever in it. The larger device, now complete, blinked to life and gave off the same blue glow. Leon smiled and turned on his heel. He exited the room and returned to the armory.
"Find what you like?" Leon asked, as the armory door closed behind him. He had his hands resting behind his back, ease in his voice and eyes, and a smile sat on his lips.

The Violet Demon had already picked out a model. It was the biggst one he had found. To him, it felt right. Picking up heavy models meant more firepower, but it also meant customized ammunition. Duorzum figured that, since it was Leon's model types, he had that conundrum covered. He could carry this, and the weight was perfect for his strength. Oh yeah, he could do some serious damage with this puppy.
"This one."
He was impressed by what he saw in the particular model. Duo was going to have fun with this one....

Leon nodded his head at Duo's choice, whatever it was, and took reached out for the weapon. If Duo handed it over, Leon would take it and enchant it with the same enchantments that were on Duo's other guns. A flash of light covered the gun, and a small pop, signaling that the magic was in place and it was safe to take the weapon. Leon turned and handed the gun, handle first, and nodded his head.
"Done and over with." Leon said with a smile.
Now that that business was out of the way, Leon took a seat in one of the several chairs in the workshop. He was interested in hearing Duo's story.
"So... Duo. I'd like to ask you a few things, about the last day and all." Leon began. "Just what was that mountain of an idiot monster, what were those things that attacked my ship, and what in the hell is the connection to you in all of this. I'm askin' this out of my own curiosity and out of regard for the safty of myself, my ship, and for you. So please... I want to know everything." Leon finished, placing a hand on his lap. Duorzum had his new beast modified. He'd have to put it on hold until his old ones finally crumble and collapse in on themselves before he used his new ones. He didn't mind having only one gun. Besides, the ones he had been given before were a bit on the bulky side. Using his tail to hold the new gun, which he had not found a name for yet, he leaned against the wall, listening to what Leon had to say. Duorzum decided to skip the skirting around and get right to the point. Leon was worthy enough to know the truth.
"That mountain of a monster is called Teivel, the latest experiment from Xen Labs. Designed to destroy everything. The creatures that attacked your ship were called Morphsuckers. They are also the product of Xen Labs. What this connects to me is that it was supposed to be a secret war between us and the head scientist. The longer we fight, the bigger the war will eventually get."
That was it in a nutshell.

Leon listened to what Duo said, taking it all in with no visible change in his features. He had his hand on this chin, resting his elbow on his knee as Duo explained the situation, vaguely but enough for Leon to get a general picture of what the situation was.
"Seem's that you might need firepower for this fight... Well... I don't generally do this, but I can offer my services for this little fight of yours..." Leon said, standing up after Duo had finished.
He streached his back and rolled his right shoulder, popping the joint there with an audiable crack. Leon walked through the security screen and looked about for a second. Then, he turned and walked to a spacific weapon on the wall. It was a behemoth of a gun, easily larger then Leon's entire torso. Leon hefted the weapon and walked back out of the gun's locker.
"Try this... A magnetic rail gun that can fire a round of metal, no matter the size, at such a force and speed that it melts into slag but keeps going. It gets super hot and can punch a nice clean hole through damned near anything. You're 'Friend' Teivel may be strong, and he can apparently regenerate a portion of his body rather quickly, but I don't think he can take a hole right through him." Leon said, offering the weapon. "I call 'er History. For obvious reasons." Leon said, a chuckle following the name.
He put the gun down on a bench and walked back into the gun locker. He pulled out several different guns, some nearly as large as the Mag-Rail gun. All of them nearly as deadly as the first weapon, but of varying types of death coming from each of them.
"Well then... this should be more then enough to stop whoever it is you're fighting. If you need more, I've got a few other toys that can play hell with the enemy..." Leon said mysteriously... An evil grin sat on his lips at the mention of that, like something was playing in his mind, something horrible for his enemies.

Duorzum stared at him in surprise. Nobody else offered to help them out in their war. They were dragged into it. Well, first time for everything. He looked at the rail gun, then at the other weapons. Those would do some real damage. If the head scientist is advancing his experiments, he needed to advance his weapons.
It seemed his new friend Leon was the unlikely weaponsmaster in this fight. He'd have to ask Nebula if he could create some defensive items, like shields.
"That rail gun looks like it can be most useful against most of Xen Labs' creatures...."

Leon smiled and nodded his head. Leon had given out some of the best of the best stuff that he could offer to Duo's cause. But, Leon wasn't going to give out the absolute top tier stuff. He had to keep his priorities in check, and that ment keeping the best stuff for himself. He had to make sure that he would survive to make more weapons and live to fight another day.
"So... now that you have your arms master, A.K.A. me... I can tell you that you won't find better equipment then the things right there. Now... all I want to know is where to deliver these, who to give em to, and who to point them at. Oh... if you want me on the ground campagin or in the air. Like it or not, I'm in this fight with you." Leon said, a raised eyebrow and a smile on his lips and an extended hand before him. It was a way to signify that their business was about to become officially binding.

His brief nod was his answer to Leon's statements. The demon shook Leon's hand, sealing the deal. It seemed he also made a new friend. He told them where to deliver them, "This may sound crazy, but there is an egg-shaped airship somewhere on the Planet that is constantly on the move. You can't miss it. It's the only airship that is completely outfitted with cannons. That's where the guns will be delivered."
Shouldn't be too hard to find... should it?

Leon nodded his head at the description of the ship. The Ragnarok's computer AI took in the physical description of the ship Duo was talking about and launched long-range scanning probes. Thermal, ultra-violet, x-ray, and infrared scans covered the areas the probes were sent to scan. They raced around the planet, nearly a blur to even the most trained eyes.
Once the scans were complete, the probes returned to the ship, locking into the launch tubes, ready for another mission of scanning.
"Done. Found the ship you were looking for." Leon said, a holographic display projecting out of his wristwatch.
Leon turned and walked out of the room and back towards the bridge. He would have to mauver the ship to run an intercept course with the ship Duo wanted Leon to deliver the weapons to. He reached the bridge quickly, hopping into the pilot's seat. Funny that this was the secondary bridge. It was the orriginal, but Leon had since modified the interior of the ship with a larger forward bridge, normally manned with at least twenty crew members. They were, however, on vacation in Costa del Sol and wouldn't be back until the week was out. No matter.
Leon punched in coodinates to the short range jump jets to move them to an area where the ship would soon be. Also, Leon prepared a friendly hailing signal for the opperators of the ship. Just to be on the safe side, as they lurched forward and arrived at their destination nearly instantly, Leon prepped the shields of the Ragnarok. He didn't want to open himself up completely, so precautions needed to be made. Nothing could hurt from a little pre-caution.

The behemoth of an airship moved it's many cannons in Leon's direction when his ship appeared. They lowered when he tossed up the signal. Duo was right; the airship was egg-shaped. It looked more like a space ship than an airship, to be honest. Huge thrusters in the back, cannons pointing in every direction, a thick metal body, and it's size could classify it as a cruiser! On the side was the name of the ship, Skystomper, the "Y" being a chocobo footprint. It launched a friendly signal as well, and even opened up a hangar door on the lower side.
Skystomper was inviting the Ragnarok inside.

Leon laughed when he saw the doors open. No real signs of a problem on his end, but Leon knew better. This was an invitation into the hull of the ship, an exposed sector, something that one with the utmost trust would have, or someone trying to play their opponent into a sense of false-security. Leon did, however, angle his ship towards the opened space and moved to the docking clamps. Leon watched on several cameras positioned on the outer shell oh the Ragnarok as the clamps moved into a light locking position. Leon noted the different joices that connected the arms to the clamps and typed in several other things into the database of the Ragnarok's core.
"Well... seems your friends are takin' a liking to me already." Leon said out loud, but didn't know if Duo was standing there near him or not. He had generally said it to have it in the air.
It was a 'formal' meeting, Leon was sure. Their best representitives would come and meet them at the doors of the airlock, to judge if Leon was indeed a friendly or a hostile. Taking the grav-lift down to the second floor, Leon brought around him several layers of protection. Things like a barrier to projectiles, a barrier to protect against melee attacks, and yet another to protect against harmful spells and traps. Leon put the same spells around Duo, but wasn't sure if he would notice them. They were all invisible to the eye, magic having that strange effect of being visible when it needs to be, and invisible when it doesn't.
Quickly going into his room, Leon pulled on a better shirt and an outer shirt. The inner shirt was a white thermal and the outer was a black striped shirt, thin gray stripes going vertically down the length of the shirt at even intervals. Leon rolled up the sleeves and keep the shirt unbuttoned. He ran a quick hand through his hair and put on his sunglasses. Why not be cool and comfortable in a formal meeting. His appearance would throw off some people who took the time to change into strictly formal clothes.
Leon kept his gunblade on his hip, but in plain sight. He wasn't going to be un-prepared, that was just silly. Now with everything as it should be appearance wise, Leon walked to the airlock, which was already attacked to the retractable airlock of the other ship. The door hissed open and Leon walked through the short tunnel to the second airlock, wondering who or what would be there for him to meet.

Duorzum shook his head at Leon's preparations. The ship was safe enough. Nobody's been able to crack it down yet, not ever since Alpha gave it a complete overhaul, top to bottom, in and out. The violet demon went out of the Ragnarok with Leon, watching the workers fine-tune the fighter ships that were inside. He motioned for his new friend to follow him, even as an automated hover drone followed them.
Duo acknowledged the floating thing, "Hello Alpha."
A synthetic voice responded, "Where did you go this time? We had lost track of you in Cosmo Canyon earlier. Did you break your transceiver again?"
"Teivel."
"That explains why you went missing off our tracking instruments. Who's your friend?"
Duorzum kept walking, "This is Leon. Our new weaponsmaster. He was willing to join the fight."
"Nebula would want to hear this."
The drone latched itself into the ceiling, where it disappeared. Duo smirked at Leon, the automated doors flying open to reveal the next hall, "You have an audience with the Captain now."

Leon shrugged at the doors opening. Apparently Leon was being brought to the highest honers, meeting with the captain of the vessle already. Leon's eyebrow rose at the notion, but kept his general attitude ambvalient.
"Seems that I'm a likeable guy around here." He surmised jokingly.
He looked around him, several attendants standing along the hallway. Weapons were in their arms or slung over their shoulders, but all in all, they were just there. Several seemed ready to topple over due to exhaustion or bordom. Others watched Leon with a hostile look in their eyes. To them, he only smiled a friendly smile, partly an invitation to try something, but then again, Leon always had that aire about him. The guards, knowing better then to fall for such an obvious trap, scowled and tryed their hardest to ignore him.
Leon only laughed in response and continued on his way. Large ornate doors stood before him, with the word 'Bridge' etched neatly above the door itself. Leon surpressed a laugh and walked towards the doors. He didn't know what was on the other side, but he was determined to see just what he had stepped into.

The bridge was huge. Aeronautic experts were at the controls, monitoring the progress of everything else. The captain was standing at the wheel in the top back of the room, having the highest elevation of anybody else in the room. The captain himself... was far from human. It was a giant chocobo with prismatic feathers, golden beak and legs, glowing prismatic eyes, and a dark blue scarf with crescent moon prints around his neck. The wings were also serving as hands and arms, grabbing the wheel to keep it steady. The goggles on the chocobo's forehead occasionally slipped, the wear and tear obvious on the lenses as well as the bands that kept everything together.
The oddest thing was that the large bird started talking when the doors slid open, "Welcome back, Duorzum! WAAAARK! I see you brought a friend to help the cause! Come up here and let's talk!"
Stairs unfolded from the side, inviting them up. Duorzum looked at Leon, "Some of the crew will trust you with time. Don't forget, all of the inhumans in this ship came from the same scientist that made Teivel. It's a rebellion we're waging."
Duorzum left to get a new transciever and to check on the progress of the ship as a whole. He left Leon to chat with the captain. Nebula was a lot bigger than Leon was, so the bird had to look down in order to talk to him.

This certainly wasn't something that Leon saw everyday. A more human then chocobo being was the captain of the vessle... Well... Leon should have expected something of this calibur. Hence the chocobo footprint on the hull of the ship. Instead of walking up the stairs, Leon simply warped up to the deck. He was tired of walking, and wanted to show that he was something of a monster in himself.
"Howdy there, Captain." Leon said, throwing a small salute to the chocobo. "I'm rather taken with your ship here. Impressive piece of work..." Leon said, admiring the space of the vessle.
It was true that it was much larger then Leon's ship. Hell... his ship was sitting in probably one of the several docking bays of the ship itself. But, Leon knew for a fact that the technology level wasn't as far along as the ship he owned was.
"Before we begin, I think that new allies need to introduce themselves. Squall Leonhart. I prefer Leon, iffin' you don't mind." Leon said, throwing a warm smile. He would offer his hand to the... man, but didn't want to have him take his hands... digits, whatever they were, off of the controls.
If the Captain introduced himself, Leon nodded his head and leaned against a rail on the upper deck.
"So... Seems that you've got quite a collection aboard this ship. I've made an arrangement to supply weapons and my skills in your fight... but as you know, private contracts aren't cheap. My question to you is, when this is all said and done, what'll be there for me to pick up?" Leon was a straight forward man. When working on a contract, he wanted clearly defined goals and outcomes, payment and objectives predetermined before he did rightly anything. Sometimes they could be forgone until a better situation presented itself, but in this instance nothing was happening.
"I appologise for my brashness of this, but before we go on a rant about the purpose of the cause, I want to know if there is a set plan of action or if we're just winging it... no pun intended." Leon said, looking at his own choice of words and blinking. "Once that's out of the way, I'm game for whatever it is you'd like to talk about, sir." Leon finished.
Hopefully things would turn out to be somewhat planned, or if there was intel on the location and of the infastructure of the building(s), Leon could piece together different stratigies and methods of completing the mission objectives and help these folks out of their jam. Sorry if this post seems like Leon is being an arse, but when he is confronted with a direct contact for a mission, he likes to get right into the details and to have a goal set up before he can relax.
