This was her second visit to this ghost town. Her intel had told her, that her target would be here. She hid in the shadows with her pistols drawn. Both had a silencer on the barrel. She was wondering when this ex SOLDIER would be here. The silver haired woman waited patiently. She was a silent as a lioness stalking her prey. Her mako green cat like eyes were calm but cold. She heard something and came out of hiding. "Name stranger or I kill you here." she said in a devilish voice.

.:Fallen Angel:."My soul, corrupted by vengeance, hath endured torment to find the end of the journey, in my own salvation and your eternal slumber." Banora. How long had it been since he had been here? Long ago, this was once his home, the place where he had grown up with his best friend, Angeal. Everything looked so different now. A sigh passed Genesis' lips before he turned his body down and went into a dead fall, his head facing the ground before he swooped up and got into a better position to land about fifteen feet in the air, his powerful black wing flapping wildly to slow him down. He landed with a heavy thump upon his feet about a mile out of the broken down village, where monsters still lurked as though nothing had ever changed... to be honest, no monster within the area was as powerful as him.
Genesis had no reason to be here, just a small interest, but then again, he had no reason to be anywhere anymore. Everyone still thought him dead and so far he had made no effort to correct that on a grand scale. It was obvious a few people knew the truth about his rebellion, members of SOLDIER mostly and the Turks, but did they know he was back? Possibly. It seemed highly unlikely, but he would not underestimate them.
The warm sunlight was soaked up by the black feathers of his wing, which he stretched out as he landed from his flight. He didn't care who spotted him, chances were that no one would believe a soul if word got out that he was still alive, though it was highly unlikely that anyone would be around such a pitiful place like Banora unless they were a pathetic wanderer. He, on the other hand, was different from those forsaken people.
"Name stranger or I kill you here."
The Mako eyed man stopped in his tracks at the sudden voice that reached his ears. A rather irritated frown formed on his perfect face as he turned his body around, a slight amused look then took over as his eyes came across a woman, quite a young one at that. Who exactly was she? Genesis had no time for games, but if it weren't for this girl's resemblance to someone he knew, he would've just ignored her and progressed further on.
Those cold eyes of hers were very similar to a certain silver haired friend of his. A smug smirk formed on his lips as his lips parted to speak. "The question is who exactly are you?" he responded smoothly "someone with such a status as myself isn't that hard to forget, you on the other hand must lack my degree of reputation."
Walking away from this stranger was more than easy, but Genesis was curious to know who she was, so he stayed and awaited her reply.

Elstan smirked and released her ebony angel's wing. Her assassin's attire was distinctive. Hidden blades on either arms. A corset with the assassins 'A' on the front. Tight leather trousers. New Rock boots. Gothic but deadly. Her Tyrex was attached to her right hip. She was a slender but a good looking woman. "I'm surprised you haven't heard of me. My name is Elstan Shadow. A Hollander experiment, known as Project E. My calling was of the assassin nature. Not SOLDIER." she said.

.:Fallen Angel:."My soul, corrupted by vengeance, hath endured torment to find the end of the journey, in my own salvation and your eternal slumber." Elstan Shadow. So that was her name, it did have a slight ring to it, but none the less it was a name that did not send fear into his very heart. This woman did not pose as a threat to him, there were only a few amount of people he considered worthy enough in a fight. It was obvious that she was a little more arrogant than what he was all because of the words that escaped her, following them came a wing sprouting from her back. This was all proving to be quite obvious, but Genesis wanted to hear his answers from her instead. All the more interesting.
He took in her appearance, she was a gothic looking woman, dark and with a hint of mystery. Far from Genesis' tastes, this woman wasn't close to matching them, not that he was interested either way. His auburn brow raised as she explained of herself being an experiment of Hollander, disgust and some form of rage welled up in his heart. Genesis placed his hand up to the bridge of his nose, so she was just another monster created by ShinRa? Great... that's all he needed.
"I'm afraid I have not heard a great deal about you, Elstan," he explained with a calming tone "though I have other matters to deal with, not some assassin that poses no threat to me." He didn't care if his words sounded harsh, she would have to take in the portrayal of his simple words, though for that he didn't care either.
Though now steering towards his earlier thought, this woman's resemblance was more than familiar, he was sure of himself when it came to narrowing down the answer, but he wanted to hear it from her. "Pardon me if this sounds sudden, but you hold a resemblance to someone I'm familiar with, would you care to tell me who that might be?" he asked in a polita manner, turning his attention to her cold cat-like eyes.

"And why should I tell a failure like you? Oh yes I've read up on your file. Genesis Raphsodos." she said. The same coldness and malice of Sephiroth ran deep in her eyes. "Ya know if you be a good boy and co-operate with me I'll let you leave with your life in tact. If you don't...well let's just say it won't be looking to good for you. Oh and was Sephiroth the answer you were looking for? He donated his cells to Project E." she said.

.:Fallen Angel:."My soul, corrupted by vengeance, hath endured torment to find the end of the journey, in my own salvation and your eternal slumber." Once again Genesis' brow raised in amusement. A failure? Where had that come from? This was all definitely too obvious for him, therefor he no longer required his answers from her. Earlier on that was him being as nice as possible to the strange woman, but now all formalities were discarded. He coolly ran his hand through his hair and then set his piercing blue gaze on Elstan.
The said failure just chuckled to himself. He knew of the reasons of why he was such a "failure", though all reasons were pointless. To carry out destruction to this Planet was not and never would be his ambition, those fools were the ones who made the mistake in trying to poison his mind. Should anyone step down from protecting this Planet, Genesis would instantly step in to take over the position.
So needless to say, Elstan's little and pathetic insult meant nothing to him, he flicked it off like a fly on his shoulder, and he would soon do the same to her if she didn't buck her ideas up. What made him laugh on the inside was the fact that she thought she could put him in his place, if not try to take him down, Genesis was more than capable of crushing her.
It hadn't phased him when she spoke of Sephiroth donating his cells to her. His friend and rival must've surely been willing to do this, though Genesis knew Sephiroth, chances were that he regretted making that decision now in the present. Now that he had his answers, Genesis no longer required to stick around, a smug look formed on his face when he looked at her like she was just dirt on his shoe and then he turned around to begin walking away.
"A failure I may be, but I never asked to become a perfect monster, glad that I am not," he smirked, waving his hand to side as if brushing her off "poor Sephiroth, having to have such a mistake on his hands, I almost pity him." This was true, Genesis held some pity as well as guilt in his heart for Sephiroth, though that was more or less hidden. He wondered why Sephiroth would ever agree to create such an abomination, a pathetic little girl with a mind trapped in a fantasy.
"Run along now, little girl," he said, growing tired of her presence "go and play "Assassin" with your pathetic friends, your existence matters not to me, I have no use of you." Genesis could either be harsh, or he could be nice, this was him going easy on her. If she wanted to be a little brat and go against his words, then that would be her life in his hands. There was no being alive that would ever harbor the strength Sephiroth possessed, so she was just a mere insect without purpose.
"Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forestall my return..." he murmured to himself, quotng a line from his favorite work. There was much more important things to do other than this.

Elstan chuckled. "Pretty low on insults on ya Loveless Boy? came Elstan's voice from nowhere. She had already gone. Then out of thin air a throwing knife collided with Genesis' side. The Reaper's knives. Unmissable and unstoppable. Made by Elstan herself. Whilst having a 'cosy' chat with this fire head, she had already pin pointed weak spots. She isn't as dumb as she makes herself turn out to be.

.:Fallen Angel:."My soul, corrupted by vengeance, hath endured torment to find the end of the journey, in my own salvation and your eternal slumber." Childish may have been a word to describe someone such as Genesis, but there was a limit to how childish he was. And at the very moment, Elstan was pushing it more than he ever could, and that was not a compliment in any way, shape, or form. The more he stayed around, the more he began to pity Sephiroth even more. "A headache bestowed upon my friend and rival," he sighed in irritation, touching the bridge of his nose in annoyance.
He cared not for where she was now, neither did he intend on making his words of truth appear as insults. The next thing he felt was something sharp in his side, of course he winced like any other would, but at the very moment he was trying to grasp her reasons behind stabbing him. What was this? Had he really annoyed her that much for her to just stab him like this? Or was this some pathetic form of proving herself?
His extraordinarily bright Make blue eyes glared in her direction, one hand grabbed her wrist that was holding the blade, with a forceful push he had taken the blade out whilst she was still gripping it and then finally shoved his other hand in her face. "Insolent child!" he hissed through gritted teeth before unleashing a fiery blast in her face, he cared not for what it would do to her. She started this childish fight for no reason, and now he was ending it.
The red leathered man excused her act of foolishness after reminding himself that she was both young and inexperienced, but if she were to attack again he would be giving no second chances. It wasn't like Sephiroth would miss her anyway. "Like I said, run along little girl!" he said in a more assertive tone before walking away again, holding his bleeding side though it healed nicely and quickly thanks to his Cure Materia.
Like her, this sudden meeting was a mistake, and now he would walk away from it, not bothering with such childishness.

As she was pinned against the wall she sensed something. She shoved Genesis off her and drew her sword and let the dark materia consume her. "You best be ready for this. That creature will be here any minute so I suggest you draw your arms. Oh and take these." Elstan said and threw him a bag of cure materia. "Stand your ground. This beast from the Life Stream is unpredictable. I will heal the Planet once the battle is over it likes my singing voice." she said.
