All was silent within The Forgotton Capital, there was never a peaceful moment as there was right this very night. The nocturnal roamed whereas others slept peacefully within the animal kingdom, some birds could be heard chirping in the distance as the howling of wolves began to overpower their chirps and cheeps.
Deep within a den, a wolf mother lay curled up and sleeping, gentle snuffles escaping her wet obsidian black nose as, close to her breast, a small figure curled up into a ball slept with her. It appeared to have fur of a different colour to the mother's, although when it began to stir... a head poked out, a human head, from beneath the red fur wolf pelt. Big curious green eyes blinked slowly as the human, a young woman, opened her mouth wide to yawn, her tongue sticking out lazily in the process before smacking her lips together and pawing at her tired eyes like a puppy.
She then crawled closer towards the mother wolf on her hands and knees, throwing her small frame onto the rather large wolf's furry body, pawing playfully at her pointed eyes which flicker with each touch, but her attempts to wake up the wolf mother failed, and so she began to yelp softly and began to nip until eventually latching onto one of the wolf's ear and tugging at it which then ended up waking the wolf mother who replied with a firm grunt, as if scolding the young 'cub' into stopping what she was doing, but the young auburn haired woman merely responded to this playfully and continued tugging.
The wolf mother, soon getting rather irritated, eventually got up and went over to a different corner of the den to sleep, but the teenager only followed, her stomach giving a light growl. She whimpered very softly, nudging her small dirty human nose against the wolf mother's hip before climbing all over her again, once again chewing at her ear. The wolf mother appeared to breathe deeply through her nose as if sighing and eventually giving in as she lifted herself up with the girl still on her back where she just held onto the mother's fur as it exit the cave silently.
Kicking her legs into the hind legs of the wolf mother, the teenage 'wolf' was rather excited and relieved to soon be rid of hunger. The wolf mother appeared to be shaking her head slightly, thinking her beautiful and ugly human daughter to be typical... nothing ever stopped her when she was hungry.
Suddenly, they came to a favoured hunting spot, there was sure to be at least something to feed on at this time. The wolf mother then lowered her head to sniff at the ground below her feet, her nose moving from left then to right as she sniffed out for a scent, though it wasn't long until she picked up the scent of a rabbit only a small ways from them, her eyes, ears and nose instantly pointing towards the target... though it would not be her to catch it.
The auburn haired girl also picked up the scent though didn't spot the rabbit until after the mother had. Crawling down from the wolf mother's back, the girl then lifted her behind up slightly as she knew the prey was staring straight at her and was remaining still the entire time, though the girl didn't let her guard down, she was waiting for it to make its move.
And then, as expected, the rabbit took off but with the girl not that far behind it as the mother watched her progress. The rabbit tried all it could to get away, it turned in all different directions even going as far as turning at the very last minute, but it wasn't enough. As if incredibly enhanced, the girl was chasing after it much like a wolf, darting after her prey and cutting it off at every chance she got. But at last it was time to end the chase as she then lept on it, her teeth already biting all over it and imobilized it with her hands before biting into its throat hard then blood began to spill from the now dying rabbit's throat.
As if proud, the girl then carried her prize over to the wolf mother, who seemed to achknowledge the girl's job well done before resting back down on her stomach and allowed to eat in peace. The girl sat down with the dead animal now in her lap, carelessly pulling it apart and sinking her teeth into whatever meat she could find. Her bare feet were now quite filthy and her dirty white sheet of material which was wrapped around her body, and only covered her from her breasts to her knees along with a string that tied it together, was now slightly torn and tattered.
Though this didn't seem to bother her as she continued to eat in peace and rather hungrily as the wolf mother kept watch over her ugly abominated she-cub.
