Considerations.

Hello to everyone who is a dedicated FD member.

Lately, I have been rather helter-scelter in my life, running about and getting ready for both graduation as well as applying to new colleges, continuing my education, as well as the general upsets that we all suffer in our lives. During this time, however, I have been here watching over the site and keeping silent vigil over the place, watching the disparity of the place grow more and more.

I have been a member on this site since 2007, when the site was flashy, living and very active. I miss those days, but longing for the past is a fool's errand. It is through this musing that I am leaning further and further to leaving this site. It pains me to write this, it truly does. Literally I felt my heart pang in regret to say this, but I cannot hide this any longer.

I have not, however, decided on this course of action, my willingness to wait and watch for the site to come back with this new update going along with my anticipation of what this update might bring in terms of new members.

I just feel that my musings should be put forward, my concerns voiced and to see if others are alike in my thinking. Please, let me know what you guys think. It's a discouraging site to see the site in such a condition, and I really want to get this place back on its feet and running again.

Like I said, let me know what you guys are thinking, it's always nice to hear from all of you.

It's nice to hear from you again, Leon.

I, too, am facing the many struggles life has to offer and it has not be kind to me in any way, shape, or form - which explains my absence. As I have confided in many of you of said problems, I am still facing them even to this day even though I am still trying to get this site running again.

However, if anyone here has matters more important than this site, then I would expect them to take their leave instead of lose their jobs, fail their education, or even have their mental state worsen due to them feeling that they need to be here.

Whatever action you decide to take, I will support you in it instead of attempting to keep you here.

Though as I have more free time as of late as well as my own computer now, changes will definitely be made. It's useless to hang on to the past, so I recommend we focus on the future. New help may even be requested.

Do what you need to do. Your account will be preserved for if/when you do come back. My life is finally getting back to normal after the break up with my fiancee and I. (That was 8 months ago.)

I have been more inactive due to video games and wanting my YouTube career going being a Video Game commentator. Though having nothing to record console gaming sucks. Having a crappy computer that only gives me 2 to 10 frames per second really sucks to for any bigger game.

lol sorry, just kinda fell off and started to talk about something else. But anyways, take as long as you need. The site isn't going anywhere (deletion wise), and I'm sure once we get things re-organised it all will be back to normal and we'll have more activity.
