I guess for all the unfamiliar faces I should introduce myself. For the familiar faces, I've changed a lot since we last met.
A few things about me

I became a part of this site... oh God... so long ago... back in the days when it was still hyperactive and beautiful. Darkmage and I are old friends since back then, so he can vouch for this!!! Through many departures of admins and a stroke of dedication I became head admin about five years ago. Then... my grandfather died. I think for almost six months a I buried myself in this site because it was all that I had to keep me out of my ever-present depression... I graduated high school and started college and work a year after that. For a while I managed to balance my online life, my job and my college life, but I have a VERY bad habit on focusing on the wrong things... I focused far too much on roleplaying, and often skipped classes because someone replied to a thread that I was waiting for. I decided to give up my post as admin temporarily, and I left all of my RP sites... This was meant to be no more than six months... but then I got a full time job, became a college dropout, and got into a very steady relationship.
I suffer from two horrible diseases known as LIFE and ADULTHOOD. It's very serious, sometimes even terminal. Don't worry, I'm not contagious (for the most part). I also don't bite, in case anyone's worried about that.
On a more serious note: I have very bad anxiety issues, as well as depression and a boat load of other mental peculiarities, which tend to build up on each other and cause me to lose focus.
I work in the service industry as a prep cook at a local restaurant, which is my dream job (well not the prep cook part, but the general restaurant business.) Summer time is our busiest time of year but due to other health complications the start of summer is going to be sort of slow for me.
I'm also a writer. Through my many (11) years of roleplaying, I developed decent writing skills and have started work on my own novels... currently I'm writing THREE novels. Did I mention my ADD as well? No? Well I have- ooh butterfly!!! o.o!
My passions are roleplaying, leadership, video games, music and cooking and I can talk for hours on any of those subjects.
I'm also an animal lover. I have a cat, Chii-sama, Lord of the Lard, King of Yaoi, whom you'll hear me refer to quite often. I also have four fish; a betta named Pierre, and three platys named Vitalia, Ghost and Shimmer, and my roomates have three cats (Nightcrawler, Tigera, and Kokonoe), a dog (Ruby), two rats (Lyla and Husky) and a pigeon (he was a rescue animal, Rusty). My mom currently cares for my cat, on top of her cat (Kia, the Demon Cat) and three dogs (Shyla, a teddy bear who's also technically mine. Isis, our Goldendoodle. and my newest brother, Tazz a half German half Australian shepherd.)
