Presenting the STAFF APPLICATION.
Curious as to what I’m looking for in a staff member? I want dedication and commitment (I know these are basically the same). I need someone who’s going to be a team player, who’s willing to help where needed, and wants to see the site succeed. I’m not asking for you to be here every day of the week, or every hour of the day, but I need someone willing to help me where possible, and willing to dedicate some of their time to this beast of a forum.
Please be as detailed as possible. Keep in mind that just because you didn't get it doesn't mean I don't like you. I'm looking out for the best interest of this forum, and I need the most dedicated people that I can get. For those of you whom have been on here for some time, obviously there are many issues that we have to overcome as a team. I need a TEAM, not someone who thinks they can do it all by themselves.
As of current there are FIVE positions available, along with a partial job description.
1 Co Administrator (CA): Your job will be to assist me in controlling and editing the forum as needed. You will have the power to archive, delete and move threads to appropriate locations based off of your judgement. You are my second-in-command and have full access to the site options, etc. You may ban members as needed after a review of the situation. You report to the Head Admin only.
2 Global Moderators (GM): Your job is to oversee the boards/threads and member affairs. You may move/archive threads as needed. You do not have banning power, however you do have the power to vouch for members in cases where there are reports against them. You have limited powers for sight editing, usually based off of some experience you may have. You report to the CA and HA.
3 Moderators: Your job is to moderate the boards. You report any an all violations of rules to GMs, and hand out verbal warnings as needed. You report directly to the GM.
After filling out the application, post it right in this thread so all the staff can read through it and make our vote. If you have any questions to address directly to me, feel free to PM me.
