It was quiet at first, all was tranquil outside of the beautiful city of Wutai. All was good under the leadership of Godo. . . Birds chirped, people hardly overpriced anything, and everything was at peace. Until the Ninja attempted to steal from her father.
I don’t like this. I don’t like this one bit!! Hey, hey, what are you doing!? Don't you know who I am!? This isn't a way to treat the treasure princess! Hey! OWWW..
A loud thump echoed throughout the pagoda walls as the young Ninjas father slammed the door upon his departure, shortly after striking his daughter on the head with his staff. DOUBLE OWW.. Yuffie rubbed her head as the guards who had p reviously thrown her to the place she lay dismembered left along side her father. Oh, C’mon! I just wanted to know what you were hiding up there! It gotta be something good!! You wouldn't keep me out of there unless you knew it was good! C’mon old man!! Just one little peek! Yuffie jumped up rubbing her elbow before she spun around in a circle appearing to be dizzy. Gahhh! Yuffie fell back down, pouting her bottom lip. FINE. I see how it is, and all this time I thought family was supposed to stick together! I'LL JUST DIE WITHOUT MY TREASURE! Yuffie waited, expecting her little display to work, she thought: Any minute now, hehe, just watch, he'll come back in here with his arms full of treasure! It didn't happen.
yuffie Began whinning and crying, pounding on the floor. I waaaaaant!!!!
Stay calm Yuffie... There has to be someway to fulfill my everlasting hunger for treasure.. Yuffie began searching frantically for any clue of treasure.. Going unnoticed by the Ninja, was a box.

Entering the town of wutai shortly before the ruckus with Yuffie, was a tall skinny woman with long brown hair tied in a low style pony tail. Making her way through the beauitful town examining her surroundings she approached the pagoda. Something was off though as she quiet town became not to quiet. She listened closely fastening her gloves tightly she heard a familiar voice.
Listening for a moment, she shook her head slightly... Yuffie... she muttered as she looked around trying to pinpoint exactly where the ninja was shouting from.

The young Ninja continued her search, she ran around the lower room of the grand pagoda, throwing things that either didn't smell like treasure, taste like treasure or look like treasure. That meant that she had tossed out an ugly old pouch that contained a decent amount of Gil, and before that, she had tossed four phoenix down and a mega potion out the window. Hours went by before she finally stopped throwing away her fathers vintage china, and she realized that she had to continue the search elsewhere. Clearly, she was determined not the leave until she found something she could calltreasure. Come on,Come on, come one! Yuffie suddenly caught something in the corner of her eye, something..... shiny. OOOOOHHHH YEAH!! She ran toward the sparkling object with hopes of finally being able to end the hunger that constantly plagued her itchy fingers. Her eye twitched as she moved her hands forward, she licked her lips and then.. BONK! Some time passed. The young ninja awoke with a massive headache. ugh..Why does it feel like a chocobo race was on my head... Yuffie tried to stand, but she found herself in a tight situation. She apparently woke up in a jar. Why is it so dark? The ninja asked. Hello? Can anybody hear me?

Wutai was known for several things. First of all, was its reputation for growing some of the finest and most precise assassin's to ever walk the face of Tera. Second, it was known for its ruling system, a lord ruling the land and its people. Thirdly, it was known for the war that was fought between it and Shin-ra. Lastly, and probably least known, was for its white lotus, Yuffie, daughter of the lord of the land of Wutai. There was a long history of the land, but much of it was steeped in legend and myth, tales of dragons and monsters fighting ninja and samurai and the like. Things to tell to children to either help them to sleep, or to frighten them into seeking the refuge of their beds.
The air at the LZ for the chopper Leon had ridden here was finally beginning to settle. He didn't like making so much noise, but then again, there were other more obvious methods of transportation that he wanted to avoid. In his hand, he held an envelope of information on a target that he was going after. Apparently, a highly backed counter-fitter and crime boss lay low as a simple farmer in the area. Leon's mission was to go in quietly and eliminate the target, then, from a safe distance, neutralize the base of operations that was suspected to be in one of the main cave systems in the mountains of Wutai. A risky in and out mission, but thankfully, none of the men who were supposedly working for the crime-boss knew who Leon was, or what he looked like. Unfortunately for Leon, though, was the fact that he was brought this mission last minute and wouldn't have any time to gather enough intel or a disguise. That mattered little to him, however, as he knew how to not be seen.
He was two kilometers from the edge of the town, he could see several of the tall spired buildings from his current vantage. Behind him, amid the sun filled sky and the clouds darting to and fro, faded the sound of a helicopter into the crashing of the waves. He stood on a grassy plain, the slight wind making the weeds and grass bend and reflect the sunlight. A summer day for all accounts, one that is often written in story books. A smirk grew on his face as he began to move, his heading towards the village. It was short work, his innate ability to warp distances within his sight range making moving nothing more than a thought. Soon, he stood outside of the arched wooden gateway, looking into the cool shade that came from several apple trees, their blossoms in full bloom.
Beside the archway sat a small home, obviously a guards hut, but at the moment, the inattentive guard lay sleeping in a chair within the small room. The smirk that had been on Leon's face returned as he laughed quietly to himself. He walked quickly through the arch and into the town. Leon was somewhat of an odd sight, wearing a black trench coat with a hood, two katanas on his right hip, and his silvered blond hair and sunglasses only adding to the look. But, he was content with his look, not caring what others may say about his looks. He was handsome, a rougeish nature about him, but an aged one as well.
He had always thought that being respectful would put him off from his looks, and in a few cases, it had. But, when he heard something muffled coming from a jar nearby, he began to wonder if spirits had begun taking a liking to him. Shaking his head of the notion, Leon turned and began to walk away. That was when he heard a clearly female voice asking if someone was out there. A sigh and a turn on his heel brought Leon to face the direction of the sound. A fairly large decorative jar sat next to a building, the jar rocking slightly back and forth. The sound had indeed come from the jar, and again, Leon sighed. He had thought that his kind of antics would have only been within stories, but apparently he was going to see some of it for himself.
He walked over towards the jar and kicked one of his two katanas out of its sheath with his thumb. He caught the hilt of the sword and brought it to bear. He gauged with his eyes, and the small computer cameras on his sunglasses the thickness of the walls of the jar. With the size and shape calculated, Leon simply cut through the ceramic in several places, careful not to cut deep enough to harm anyone, hopefully, within. It all happened seemingly in an instant, and a crack was his answer as he sheathed the blade once more. Then, Leon simply stood back with his arms crossed, looking at the marred container, wondering what kind of being would fall out of it.

Hours had passed since Yuffie found herself struggling to escape the jar. It just so happened that Yuffie was scared of the dark, not that she would ever admit it. Because to the young ninja admitting fear was out of the question!...
Regardless, the boiling hot sun made the jar an oven. Although Yuffie had traveled far to the distant lands of .. Yuffie doesn't even know how to pronounce that place, but she had never been stuck in a jar... alone..
The young ninja began to hallucinate. Seeing chocobos in different ..colors... Red ...BLUE.. OH MY GOSH PURPLE. . . Yuffie imagined chocobos running around her head.
Rocking back and forth, the ninja couldn't help but realize a tiny Yuffie appear. "Heyyy! What's got you all down?" The ninjas vision moved ever so slowly towards the corner of her eye where what she perceived to be a bug was standing. AHHH!!! Yuffie screamed, and attempted to swat the bug. The tiny yuffie quickly grabbed a hold of big yuffie's tounge and twisted it. "SHHH!!! You're supposed to be hiding!" The ninja started to bang against the sides of the jar in one last attempt to get out.
The tiny Yuffie flailed her arms, "Stop or else the chocobos will get you!!"
The chocobos got Tiny Yuffie instead.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LET...ME....OUT!
The jar crumbled, and yuffie fell out. She stumbled around dizzily YEEEAH! TAKE THAT TINY YUFFIE.. Ride your...choco-....all the way... Midgar... she passed out, once again.
