Everyone psyched for this yet? No? Well you should be.
I do have a few specific requirements: You must have permission to use any images you take to make up the backgrounds and banners, and I would very much prefer you actually MAKE these things. If you need help, feel free to ask and I'll hunt for images or whatever you need help with.
There will be a few more things I add to this before the official start of the contest. I just want to make people aware that this is a thing.

- Your theme must be created on the test forum for me to be able to view it. I will be adding in some test header stuff a little later that I'm interested in putting on here, so you'll be able to see how they react to your color scheme.
- Your theme must be listed under your name on FD. For example there'll be an example one in a few hours named "DezzyBee" which is mine.
- You may choose to do a generalized theme, or one based off of a specific character. Hell, you can even improve upon an existing one if you so choose!
- All components must be in place; banners, background, etc.
- A schedule will be attempted so that you can effectively work on your submission without someone else trying to log onto that account.
- I am more than happy to preview your submission before you actually submit it. Everyone that meets my QA inspection will be used in future themes, so I'm happy to assist one and all.
- YOU ARE ALLOWED UP TO THREE SUBMISSIONS, however you may only win ONE prize for what you feel is your best. AKA when submissions close, you note which one you're using to try and win a prize, and that one will be the one I judge.
Prizes:

- ANYONE who participates and makes a theme that meets my standards will have their theme put onto the site.
- Runner up - Your theme will be featured for the next 31 days after contest end, AND you'll win a custom signature made by yours truly.
- GRAND PRIZE WINNER - Your theme will be used as the default theme that greets most users and any new guests to the site! Not only THAT but you'll get a custom graphic by me ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNND... -drumroll- a $10 gift certificate to Amazon.com (or if you don't use Amazon, we'll discuss details later)!!!! Yes, that's right. a gift certificate. I pay well for good graphics.
