Short blond hair, petite, long smooth legs... Dezzy was every man's fantasy, or at least that's what she continuously told herself. It wasn't often she got a chance to go on a vacation or even get out of her town for something other than a mission. Summer was upon her though, and she had saved a lot of money to come to the most fun place she could think of; Costa del Sol. It was her favorite vacation spot; warm, bright and full of happy people, she felt like she could live here forever, if not for the ridiculous cost. Costa del Sol was in what many considered its winter months; it was much slower than usual, but still too warm to wear much more than her jean shorts and a bright blue bikini top to match the highlights in her hair.
Kalm's summers were too cool for her liking, especially after a long cold winter. Now she intended to get the sun tan she was craving, and hit on a few guys. Who knew, maybe she'd get wasted and pass out somewhere on the beach in drunken bliss! It was time to live a little. The young woman planted herself on a blanket on a nice warm spot in a good view of the area around her. There were lots of families playing and enjoying their time away from the daily grind of work and school, and a few couples walking hand-in-hand on the beach sharing a romantic moment or two. Sometimes Dezzy wished she had the energy and time for a relationship. However men were nothing but trouble in her past experience, and she was done with trouble. Still, being cuddled and loved on was always nice.
Dezzy shook her head with a laugh as she opened up her book and laid back to enjoy the sun and the good read. Reading for pleasure? Now that was better than any man could give her. The greatest joy in life was a good book, a nice long nap and an ice cold bottle of water with the sounds of the ocean around you! Well that and a nice hot bath after a long day of work, of course. Dezzy was like a sponge for information, after all she was an information broker, and while pleasure reading didn't really give her what she needed to succeed, it sure did relax her mind after so long in front of a computer... that was not to say her hotel room didn't have her usual set up of at least three computers monitoring various things all at once. She just wasn't hunched over the keyboards actively searching for things.
Little did she know her wonderful time of relaxation was about to be completely shattered. She should have though. Ain't no rest for the wicked, after all!
Rufus Shinra on the other hand was a little more on the miserable side. Vacationing wasn't his thing, especially as of late... however he found himself laying in a hotel room feeling a little worse for wear. He wasn't sure what he had eaten to make him this sick, all he knew was that his stomach just wouldn't stop cramping and he just wanted it all the be over. At least the Turks had left him alone to go do their thing. He hated anyone seeing him sick, much less weak. This was NOT a part of his plan.
