Dez was a little scared at the site of the crater. It looked mostly dead. She had heard stories about the monsters that came out of this place, and although she was a good fighter, she doubted she could take any of them on. But she had a protector in case she did come across the monsters; the silver haired man beside her was more than a match for any of them, she was sure of it.
She looked up at Sephiroth. "Are you sure this place is safe for us to be?" she asked him, clinging to his arm in the cold. She was easily chilled, but she was positive she never mentioned it to him and was trying to keep it from being so obvious. "I mean, we're only, like, isolated from the entire Planet in a way..."

"The monsters you say? They wont harm us, they are too scared of me to attack you or me." He landed a few thousands of feet under ground. The monsters seem to run at Sephiroth's Sight. He noticed she was cold. He picked up some sticks, and made a camp like fire, and got a log to sit in front of the fire to warm up a bit. He sat down. He patted the spot next to him. "Come, sit with me."

Dez smiled at him, sitting close to him to keep warm. "I'm actually not to worried. I figured you'd be able to handle anything that attacks us..." she said, feeling completely at ease. She still was at loss on how she could be so comfortable around him, considering how potentially dangerous he was. Minute by minute though, she was starting to forget that she should be running away in terror at the sight of his long, soft hair and the sound of his beautiful voice. (Where the hell is this coming from? She thought all of the sudden, playing with a lock of his hair that fell near her face.

He watched her sit next to him. He put his arm around her. "Yes I will be able to keep you safe. I will not let no one nor nothing harm you." He felt her Play with his hair. "Now my darling. Get some rest."

Dez nodded leaning against him comfortably. "Wanna hear a secret? This is someone I haven't told anyone else, ever..." she looked up at him with trusting eyes. "When I was a little girl, all I ever dreamed of was my knight in shining armor coming to save me from the godforsaken slums to take me above the plate, or even out of Midgar totally, and falling madly in love with me and we would live happily ever after. As a grew up, I still used to dream of it, only without the happily ever after part. I just wanted someone to fall for me and take me away from it all after a while... Didn't even need to be a knight, and even if he was one, he didn't need the shiny armor."
She grinned, staring at the fire in memory of it all. She then looked up at him. "Will you be my knight, Sephy?" she asked suddenly. After all, they were as far removed from the world as possible, so he completed the biggest requirement for a knight.

"Sure" He replied. He listened to her. Yes I will be your Knight! He then picked her up, got got some thick blankets, and some very soft pillows laid them down next to the fire. He then laid her down on the blanket, covered her up, then laid down next to her.

What the two never noticed was the pair of eyes glaring out at them from the darkness. One was brown, the other was dark blue, and their owner was simply disgusted by the display of affection between the two. Heheheh, now we know his weakness, and she looks like she'll be easy to torture... Daleeria thought, moving stealthily. She breathed in, muttering something inaudible under her breath and calling the fire to her. The fire went out, pitching the cave in near-darkness. She still hid behind a large stalacite though, just for security purposes.
Her evil laughter echoed throughout the Crater. "Well, well, well... What do we have here? The fearless ex-General Sephiroth, Son of Jenova and supposed hater of all creatures and a pretty young mercenary risen from the ashes of Midgar to capture his heart in her hands... I never would have thought one such as you, dear Sephiroth, so weak..." she said, walking in the shadows comfortably, knowing she had a sure-fire weapon in the fire she had just absorbed. "Pathetic fool... How do you ever plan to destroy the Planet with an attachment like her to it? Do you plan to destroy everything but her? Will her belove Knight take everything from her, just to end up the only thing she'll have left?"

Darkmage saw Sephiroth and his new girl friend. Several hours later her herd some one talking. He went to go and Investigate it. He saw a Strange woman walking around in the shadows, he ordered several of the monster to attack her, no not the weak ones but Bahamut Zero, and Ifrit. He then Brought out his Black book. He Casted a Full feild barrier on Sephiroth, and Dez. So they would be very much well be protected without even knowing whats going on.
He then searched for hot spots in the cave. He spotted the strange presence. He then casted M Barrier, and Barrier on himself. He disappeared, and reappeared infront of Daleeria. "So it is you!" He casted many strong magic attacks, he casted Fire 3, Bolt 3, and Ice 4. Ice 4 is the newest Materia ever created, and only Darkmage owns it.
He brought out his sword just in case....

Fay finally got her knight; sure he wasn't wearing shiny armor, and he was supposedly evil, but that didn't matter now that he was her knight. She laid down next to him, content and comfortable.
That's when the fire went out, plunging her into darkness. She had no night vision; she was only human after all, and fear overtook her. She counted on her hearing more than she admitted, but it was full with the sound of the evil laughter of some unseen woman, calling Sephiroth weak and talking about the destruction of the Planet. She stood, alert and ready for battle with her gun in her hands.
The barrier that was suddenly cast on them scared her even more; that means there was more than one person in here, and she wasn't too sure that they would be any more friendlier than the woman was. She held Sephiroth's hand, peering out into the darkness.

((OOC: Sorry, hon, but I'm extremely bored. We'll figure a posting pattern next time you get on...))
Daleeria glared at the new man. She absorbed the Fire 3, and because of her Ice Ring that she inherited from her mother the ice attack was nullified. The Bolt3 wasn't, but the pain was only momentary before she smirked at him. "Bad choice of magic, my friend... And that MBarrier won't help you much; I have no magic on me, and my powers are defending against by any materia-created barrier you have..." with that she 'regurgitated' the fire magic she had just absorbed and shot it at him like a flamethrower. "I'm fire element, you dolt!" She wasn't going to mention she had the Ice Ring.

Sephiroth listened to the Women. She was right, but he don't care. "Don't Worry My counter part, half brother will take care of her, and if she nears us. We both can take her on!"
The fire only lit up part of the cave. Shadows could be seen, from afar. Sephiroth reached out and grabbed Dez's hand. His sword was in his other, he stood up, and awaited Darkmage to start the battle.
He saw Fire, Bolt, and Ice from the left corner of the cave behind a rock. "My brother is already attacking her." He saw that she could absorb Ice. (Ice Nullifier? or could it be something else?) He talked in his mind. "Do you need help Darkmage!" He yeld out.

Darkmage was Shocked that she could Nullifie the Ice. "hmm..." His M barier blocked the deflected Fire. Hmm... But did you forget about Bahamut Zero, and Ifrit? Bahamut special Attack now! Bahamut Zero appeared, brought up the ground beneath Daleeria and all the Bahamut's Formed a Triangle; Bahamut, Neo Bahamut and Bahamut Zero.
One right after another they charged into the woman. After they charged her 3 times, all three used their fire attack; Fire, Fire 2, and Fire 3. After that the ground crumbled beneath her. She fell several hundred feet before she finnaly hit the ground.
Darkmage's eyes are bright red. His eyes could be seen from were Sephiroth and Dez were standing.

Daleeria gasped as she hit the ground, but the fire was once again absorbed, she laughed from her place on the ground; she absorbed too much fire all at once and with a scream it all released from her overloaded body, covering the ground with fire and then retracting into her body. She stood, shaking from her power surge. "FOOL! IDIOT! IMBECILE!" she screeched, her evil laughter filling the night air. "I ABSORB FIRE! DID YOU NOT HEAR ME BEFORE?!?!!?"
She stole a glance at Dez. "Protect your pathetic little human bitch because SHE WILL DIE BY MY HAND!" she screamed at them, disappearing into the darkness. She knew she wasn't strong enough to fight them while Darkmage was there, and she wasn't willing to take a loss by anyone, especially him. (Another complication I shall have to attend to) she thought as she left the crater.

Dez held onto Sephiroth's arm, trying to watch the battle as best as she could. She watched in amazment at the sight of the Bahamut summon; she had never seen a summon spell prior to this and was very fascinated by it. The fire trick Daleeria pulled was not fascinating though; Dez was a bit of a pyrophobe, so fire wasn't very fun for her at all. She cringed and crushed herself to Sephiroth in fear before she realized the barriers would protect them anyways.
Then the woman glared at her and threatened to kill her at all cost. Dez hid partially behind Sephiroth, scared beyond wits of this strange woman with the bi-colored eyes. She had never accounted anything with such dangerous and insane eyes as that woman. She whimpered a bit, even though the woman had left, looking up at her knight for some sort of assurance no harm would come to her.

Darkmage stood there looking up at the sky. "Dammit she got away! Are you both alright?" His eyes turned back to white from red. He walked up to Sephiroth. "I guess I didn't need your help after all" He put a big grin on his face. "I guess my powers are strengthening up huh!?" He then walked away back into the shadows, his cloak turned back to white.
