She took the sliced vegetables and placed them over a dish of spaghetti she had left cooking for dinner for the past half-hour or so. She turned around to the younger girl who had offered help once again.
[glow=blue,2,300]"I'll be fine."[/glow] She lied, as she gave a convincingly comforting smile at Alastar. She just didn't want to bother others with her personal problems. She nearly jumped as Alex started saluting like a soldier, reffering to Squall as if he was superior.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Aid Cloud?"[/glow] she murmured. There was obviously something going on that she didn't know about...

With another polite nod, the female decided that it's best to leave Tifa to her silence state as she just sat there and, placing her elbows at the table (She placed the empty place and cup at the other side) and her chin snug at her hands, looked at the window in which people were passing by. It was her habit to do that, amonst other things, and since there's not much people around this place, it'll be alright for her to at least wander off.
"'Kaze ga soyogu basho ni bokura wa umarete Kanashimi sae fukitobaseru yo Aoi sora takaku (Ha~) Yakusoku da yo itsumo toori no keshiki ni deaeta nara Oide koko made supiido agete ai wo sagasou yo [[We were born where the wind blows And that place can blow away even sadness High into the blue sky (ha~) I promise, as long as we met in the usual scenery Come here, speed up, and let’s look for love]]
I won't forget your sweetness really so. Just like I say I would be...'"
Absent-mindedly, she have sang a soft tune in which she would usually do in her life before as a teenager (well, she's somehow still one, thanks to genetic experimentation) in which would occupy her for a while. She never knew that part of her emotions are revealed as songs, but since she knew that these people are to be trusted, she should let herself loosen up a bit. Hey, a girl needs vacation sometimes you know.

Alex took a minute to think, which he totally blew off, and ran outside, regardless of what Squall said. He ran over to the alley-way next door, and halted. He hoped Cloud was there already, but was interrupted by a sharp sence of pain in his mind, spreading through his body. "Gah!" He yelled as he fell to his knees in pain. "Great. Just when things started getting bad, it got worse." He said. "Now SHE is here!" Alex got back to his feet and armed himself with Guardian Angel in his right hand. He felt the pain grow stronger as he staggered over to look at the alley-way behind him. He began to walk over to the alley-way on the other side of the street, braving the pain.

Tifa stared half-wonderied, half-concerned. Cloud in trouble? It wasn't hard to imagine especially since he kept disappearing. But while he was here, he didn't seem troubled... at least, not than the usual sense. But then again he seemed to be always hiding a little something from her. From everyone.
Averting her attetion back to reality she saw Alex chase after Cloud, later dropping down to his knees. Was something wrong? Perhaps all that beer got to him... She was about to to run anf offer help but it was no longer neccessary - he got back to his feet and headed towards the alley on the opposite side of the street. Tifa walked over to Lyana and leaned against the wall, staring out the window the ageless teenager was looking out of as well. Concern was clearly written all over her face. There was no denying it, and she wasn't trying to.
[glow=blue,2,300]"I wonder what all that was about..."[/glow]

The pain grew sharper. Alex couldn't help but double over again. "She's close." Alex said in a weak voice. Alex blocked out the pain and got back up, crouched down, and jumped up to the roof of the building to his right. He clenched his sword tighter. "Although I haven't fought her in a long time, I'm still growing ever stronger." Alex's sword began to glow as white as snow. His eyes opened, revealing his golden-yellow eyes. "I don't care if you're my sister! I've had enough of you! It's time to end this!" Alex rushed to the other building, finding that the pain lessened. He looked back, and saw her on top of the Seventh Heaven. He couldn't let the fight begin on the roof of Tifa's bar, so he had to get her over to where he was, or at least away from the bar. Alex couldn't think of anything, until he got something; she couldn't resist attacking someone who insulted her. Alex smiled and said, "Hey, over here! Is it me or is your ass getting bigger, Karri!?!" The girl grew angry and jumped over to Alex's position, and they began a stare-down.
(OOC: Karri, pronounced as Car-ry, is the big enemy in my book, so I hope you don't mind if I use her.)

Hearing the female ask, Alastar dare not to answer the question in a straight-forward way as she spoke in a softer, and more innocent, tone of hers.
"To tell you the truth," She began. "I wish not to know about it but it seems fate still kept me locked up in chains and decided I should be pushed to know about this." Alastar continued, saying the 'fate' part a bit cold. What she actually means is that she does not want to know but curiosity got better of her to find out sooner or later about this. She was partly worried now at Tifa's expression and she would deny not to tell this to her, but she would keep it to herself instead in fear of both rejection and loosing.

(ooc - Tifa is unaware of Alex's fight)
Tifa's eyes were fixed at the window but all focus were towards her thoughts. She listened intently to what Lyana said. Her brown eyes looked at her through the corner of her eye - she didn't mean for her to get caught up with anything. Especially with any of her personal affairs; that was the last thing Tifa would've wanted. But in this world, it was hard not to be a part in someone else's life. Same thing vice versa.
For someone by the looks of a 14 or 15 year old, it wasn't that hard to grasp the concept she was much older in reality. After hanging around with Vincent many times, it almost seemed normal. Oddly while looking at Lyana, a strange image came into her mind's eye of a teenage Vincent Valentine. She couldn't help but smirk and conceal a laugh. The thought of it was just... absurd. Unthinkable. Was Vincent even a teenager, she thought sarcastically to herself. She looked out the window, her thought returned to Cloud again... if Cloud was in trouble, he'd come back, wouldn't he? Perhaps. Perhaps not. He wasn't the Cloud she knew lately.

Karri's anger drove her to dash over to Alex and slice him in the back. Karri smiled as she held Hellspawn in her right hand. "Well, well, well. If it isn't my older brother Alex. I'm sorry if I snuck up behind you." She said in a menecing way. "However, the pain will end soon enough, when you are DEAD!!" She went for another slash across his stomache this time, but was stopped by something disturbing her from inside her heart area, making her fall to her knees. The pain gradually went away, and she got back up, and stared at Alex again, when suddenly, she noticed the bar. She knew Alex was trying to protect it, so she decided to go destroy it and everything in it. She gave him and evil grin then jumped over to the top of the bar, about to stab down into it.

Alex fell over in pain has the sharp blade sliced open his back. "AHHH!!" He yelled as blood streamed from his back. "You'll pay for that!" Alex was about to swing around with Guardian Angel, but stopped as he saw his sister fall to the ground. She must be coming back out. He thought, but his hopes were crushed as his evil sister got back up and stared him down. He couldn't do anything but stare back. "This fight will never be over, will it?" Alex asked, remembering all the times with his old cousin's self. They were inseperable in the reunions. "At least not until one of us die." He knew he was going to die this day. He didn't mind either, because he knew that with Alex dead, Karri will be freed from her evil curse and go back to her old self. Alex saw the grin on her face as she looked over to Tifa's bar. He grew shocked as she lunged over to the bar and was about to strike the bar. He had to stop her, but there was no way that he could see, other than... There was no time left. He jumped over and landed on her and took her sword away from her. That should buy me some time. He thought.

The door in Seventh Heaven cracked open revealing a thin meager strip of yellow light that managed to smuggle its presence across the bleak hardwood floors. Rikelus canted his head to the side for a moment glancing at her blinking once, and it was as if his eye color changed to a dilapidated Mako green until he shut his eyes for a moment and blinked revealing those familiar deep crimson pools they had all grown accustomed to seeing. The first class soldier, pushed the door open entering the legendary bar, that had been known to house terrorist members during ShinRa’s escapades with AVALANCHE over the past few years. He entered seventh heaven, walking towards the bartendress and a barstool, a rhythmic clicking encompassing his every step due to his ShinRa military edition boots and the contact of the creaky floor covered in deep scratches and scuff. He definitely had the look, the walk, and the motions of a first class soldier, something that was all too familiar to Tifa no doubt.
The first class soldier took a seat on a barstool, still adorning limestone expressions that not even Rufus ShinRa himself could crack, and out of the darkness came an arm covered in a black leathery sleeve that navigated into his pocket reaching, and digging until he pulled out a single 50 gil coin and sat it down upon the top of the bar. “If your still serving I’d like a brew, something preferably from Sector 2.” His tone of voice wasn’t threatening, nor was his demeanor anything less than admirable, there was something in his eyes though that was different from what his body was portraying. His eyes showed a sense of loneliness, and seemed as cold as Gea’s cliff; but occasionally there was an amicable glint in them, it was as if he was battling personal demons.

Sensing a customer entering the premises, the brunnete averted back to her usual solitary self as her eyes showed dullness and emptiness in it once more and her expression showing nothing in it but deep thoughts.
"Ms. Tifa," She called after the male made his order, her voice as hollow as it is before. "I believe there is someone who wants to have their order taken, if you are kind enough to receive it." Alastar stated, her gaze towards the outskirts through the window once more.

Tifa's thoughts continued to revolve around Cloud... a little more than usual today. A fusion of emotions lingered in the back of her head: Anger, disappointment, ambiguity, compassion all rolled into one. It wasn't like her to be troubled by her own thoughts. She closed her eyes, resting them for a moment. He'll come back. He came today didn't he? Perhaps that was just being a little too optimistic... Lyana's voice broke her thoughts and brought Tifa back to reality. If it wasn't for her, she wouldn't have noticed the man who came in ordering a drink.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Oh...right away..."[/glow] she said in a near monotone voice that was quite unlike her. Get your head off him for a goddamn moment she thought to herself as she slightly shook her head and headed over to the counter. She went through bottled spirits, ales and other alcoholic beverages. 'Til finally she reached a bottle of bourbon, convieniently enough it came from Sector 2.
[glow=blue,2,300]"Must be your lucky day... didn't even know I had this."[/glow] Tifa took out a glass for the stranger and poured a small content of bourbon for him then left the bottle at his side. It wasn't until now she took a good look at him - like Vincent's but with a difference - crimson-red with a strange glow. The mark of Soldier, no doubt. His attire confirmed her thoughts. Were ShinRa up to their old ways again? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Time would most defianately tell. [glow=blue,2,300]"Don't think I've seen you around here before. You a local?"[/glow] Right there and then, Tifa could hear somesort of ongoing fight outside the bar. Was that Alex again? I mustn't give Alex anymore beer she thought to herself...

Karri was stuck to the roof of the bar, strugling to get herself free. "Damn you, Alex! I'm going to kill you for everything you've done to me!" Karri sprang up, knocking Alex to the ground. She held her sword up to his chin, and grabing onto his shirt. She drew her face closer to his and began to monologe. "You know why I'm going to kill you, and don't pretend you don't. You are the reason for all of my downfalls in attempts to conqure this world, along with our original world." She grinned with an evil and maniacal grin. "Now, that's all going to end." She threw him down to the ground below them, and dived down in front of him. She took this opertunity to attack by slicing his arm and then pinning him down; her knees on his legs and her hands on his arms.

Alex didn't deny what she said, because it was all true. He smiled at the thought of destroying her plans of world domintaion. Though, Alex was still pinned down on the cold hard ground. He couldn't find a way out of this hold. Alex had to think of something before Karri destroied the bar. This is where God had to help him. Alex closed his eyes tightly and began to build a bridge into God's thoughts. Alex was about to finally reach it, when a vision came into his head. It had his girlfriend, Jackie, standing on an old wooden bridge over a valcano, and Karri was throwing her in. Alex suddenly gained the strength of 10,000 men, and those men include all of the FF7 guys. Now that is strong! He propelled Karri off of him and lashed his sword out. When she fell to the ground, Alex threw her back up and jumped into the air. He stopped midway and curled up into a ball and then expanded back to his state before. He started glowing and turned into a tall glowing mass. He also had wings on his back. He had become an angelic form and flew up towards Karri, weapon pointing out.
